Best Western JFK Hotel in Naples

I booked this hotel as a 4 stars but it’s NOT.
Room is too small, beds are not comfortable at all, like sleeping on a box spring without mattress.. pillows so uncomfortable…had to sleep on a towel under my head.

In no universe is this a 4 star hotel. The hallways are disgusting, the rooms smell horrible, there are giant stains everywhere and the showers are covered in mold. At 3 in the morning the hallway outside our room was swarming with police that was banging on someone's door, so you can imagine the kind of people that stay here. In all my life I've never had to leave a hotel because of how dirty and unsafe it was, until I spent a night at this dump. If the area around the hotel didn't feel so shady at night, we would have left and found another place right away. When we checked out the next morning, we asked the receptionist for the rest of our money back, as we wouldn't be staying for the entire week we've paid for, at which point he just laughed and said that we've already paid through booking and he wasn't gonna give us any money back. Horrible place, shady area, nasty employees. Stay far away from this place and spend your money somewhere else.
