It could be a little gem if it weren't for the lack of attention to detail: the furniture is all different, nicked and scratched, there are exposed holes left for who knows what to install, the curtain tape has grommets improvised with wire, in the bathroom the tablecloth hangers are placed too high and in inconvenient places, what should be shower towels are actually barely larger than facecloths, the mirror is chipped with a shelf that is not very useful because it is tilted and not very stable, the shower column also leaves much to be desired because the shower holder is not very stable and the rigid plastic pipe is not helpful, in general the spaces are narrow. A huge flaw is that the room does not have a refrigerator; there is one in the common area by the entrance. On the other hand, the staff is very helpful and courteous, the price is in line with the location, the balcony overlooks Via Chiia, Piazza Carolina with a glimpse of Piazza del Plebiscito, and the mattress and pillows are comfortable.

Perfect location. Big nice bathroom. Air-conditioned , which is a huge plus in the summer! The only thing that could have been better - there's a single bed that could be made into a double bed, but the mattress was only a single one. I was travelling alone, so it wasn't a big deal, but I would appreciate to have a choice

It's ok, but the 2 nights that we stayed there, we hadn't access to TV and they couldn't give us a solution. The rest of everything was ok, the girl who received us was super special.

Very well located, clean, and a great value. The only difficulty was the check-in service, as we spent an hour looking for someone to assist us at the address provided until we discovered that the check-in address was at a different address. Breakfast was served at a nearby restaurant, but unfortunately, there was a power outage that day, and it didn't open at the time stated, and since we had transportation to another city, we weren't able to use it.

Good location but in old building with room window opening in interior corridor/hallway. Shower needs serious cleaning/grout refinshing! Welcoming greeting by staff.

Besides, I had to "fight" to get the receipt for my stay, which I later discovered wasn't my receipt for the €71.25 I'd paid via PayPal, but rather the receipt for the €60.56 the property had paid to *******. Furthermore, as soon as I arrived, they wanted to give me a room in a different area than the one I'd chosen. After my insistence, they gave me a room measuring 2m x 2m at most, with a "small bed" and rickety furniture, and the door said "private"...a real disgrace and a real inconvenience. Unfortunately, I couldn't help but accept because I had already made commitments that afternoon. I think this is the last time I'll pay in advance!!!!!

Mrs. Maria was very kind and hospitable but unfortunately we rented 2 rooms for the 8th and 9th December and the heating didn't work…. We called the lady who told us to touch a switch to unlock the heat pump but it was no use, we spent a cold night in both rooms. For us negative experience I do not recommend it !!!!!!!!!! Negative: clean but non-functional structure, not to mention the elevator that didn't work, we had to climb 3 floors of stairs. Furthermore, instead of apologizing like a true Neapolitan, the lady invented a lot of absurd excuses, a bit strange that in two rooms both without heating? With separate heat pumps!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

B&B one step away from Piazza Plebiscito, Via Toledo and the seafront, clean, comfortable and practical!
Mrs. Maria is a super welcoming and nice woman! Then combined with the na bona furchet restaurant practically opposite where you can eat very well!
Super recommended💪
