Hotel Forum in Pompei

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Forum in Pompeii. The rooms were modern, fully equipped, and absolutely spotless – really top-notch. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our 20th wedding anniversary special: they surprised us with a cake, bottled water in the room, and even a handwritten card.

The location is perfect – right outside the entrance to the Pompeii ruins and directly on the main promenade of the city. The front desk receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful, offering great guidance and making sure we had everything we needed.

This is truly a first-class hotel and offers exceptional value for the price. Highly recommended!

Definitely will stay here again. The Main Pompeii gate and the ticket office are one block away. The hotel restaurant was far better than many restaurant-only establishments. Besides the wonderful breakfast buffet, we had dinner each night, and lunch one day. The wines were excellent, and the dinners exceptional. The service is sparkling, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. Luigi is part of the family that owns the hotel, and is a gracious host. The hotel was able to arrange a taxi for us from the Naples cruise ship port, which made it much easier to get to the hotel with luggage from a long sea voyage. We booked a junior suite, and on arrival were told we had been upgraded to a full suite, which was quite comfortable and overlooked the garden. Can't imagine a better place to stay in Pompeii.

Nothing to dislike during our stay, pleasant staff, great bed, comfy pillows, excellent room and very clean, lovely breakfast and evening meals in the on site restaurant were good and served quickly.

I stayed as one of a group tour of the Vesuvian area. The hotel is excellent. My room was a little tired particularly bathroom but was well attended each day by faultless staff. Breakfast included was delicious with huge choice. Dinner also excellent. Large garden very pretty staff could not have been nicer. Big thanks Hotel Forum

We had an AMAZING experience at this hotel! The staff were incredible and SO ABSOLUTELY accommodating. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We were minutes walk to the entrance of the archaeological site, the food was out of this world and the owner was incredibly kind. 10/10 would recommend!

Hotel room a little dated, however the staff are amazing. The food was fantastic, breakfast so much selection and great coffee, staff very attentive.
Dining could be taken outside in the garden, very pretty with lights and pergolas. Again food was delicious.
The hotel is set next to Pompeii and with a view of vesuvius, it is also only a short walk to the town square, with bars, restaurants.
I would recommend if visiting Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvius.

The hotel was literally perfect from the arrival to the departure. The room was really clean and comfortable!!
The staff was really nice, and smiling!
The restaurant offers a really good breakfast with delicious things and a good variety of product ! Also we tried the restaurant in the evening, on the terrace in the “lemon” garden which has a really good atmosphere to eat !!

Also the hotel is just in front of the entrance of archeological site of Pompéi ! So literally the perfect location!

Great location opposite the Pompeii archaeological site. If driving, simply pull into the courtyard; reception will give you a pass card, and you can park your car in the car park opposite the hotel. The pass card opens the barrier automatically. Stunning hotel situated amongst a variety of food restaurants and market stalls, great for a stroll. We decided to eat at the hotel restaurant as it has a great menu. You can dine in their lovely restaurant or go alfresco in the citrus fruit garden, which is spacious, relaxing, and very well maintained.

We have our 15-year-old daughter with us, so we have booked a family suite. Beautiful room, which consists of two large separate rooms connected by a private and secure inner hall. Huge king-size beds, both rooms en-suite, with large walk-in showers. High-tech lighting and features throughout. Both rooms have balconies with great views. Immaculately clean throughout. The staff are very polite and helpful. In summary, the hotel has the features of a high-end hotel with the feel of a locally welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Perfect.

My family absolutely loved staying here. The accommodation was clean, spacious and luxurious. The staff were very helpful. We found Elena especially helpful, welcoming and friendly.
