Hotel Royal Prisco

Our stay in hotel Royal Prisco was the worst time during vacation in Italy. We asked and paid for two rooms with city view. The reception lady asked for additional money if we would have a room with exceptional city view. We refuse, as it was already paid and city view was included to the price at the time of booking. For our disappointment they gave us two rooms where one had a view for the wall of other hotels and part of the mountain, and other room was WITHOUT any windows!!! It felt like in the coffin… the impression of the city and overall atmosphere was completely destroyed for us. The conclusion is: For that price you can find MUCH better other hotel options. Not recommend and suggest to avoid stay at the Royal Prisco hotel. 👎

Unable to stay due to covid. Hotel has refused to partially refund even though had told me they would. Communication has stopped entirely, I have been emailing them for months. I live in the US and have also spend hundreds of dollars attempting to contact them via phone. I do not recommend this hotel for international travel as communication is poor (and expensive) and if there is any global emergency, such as a PANDEMIC, don’t expect to get your money back...even when the entire country has been in lockdown.
