The most PERFECT View and place to stay. Right by the main dock so great people watching. Staff are all friendly and accommodating! Also, the best pizza we had while in positano at our hotel. So good! We will definitely be back one day.

Stunning in Positano!
We had a wonderful experience at Covo. They were professional & polite…went above & beyond to make our holiday special. They even surprised our daughter at breakfast with a birthday cake…such a sweet thing to do. Loved the location also…steps from the ferry, close to shopping. Beautiful hotel in an amazing seaside town.

Old hotel with little small noise is magnified through out the rooms next to you
The rooms are super small unless you upgrade to a larger one with quiet bit of money $230/night just for upgrade to the bigger room

Spectacular hotel!!!
This hotel is stunning! Beautiful accommodations with a very attentive personable staff that over exceeded all of our expectations! The views are spectacular and the meals were exceptional...so good we only ate at the hotel restaurant.Thank you Luca and Mateo!!

Amazing resort on the heart of Tuscany. Easy drive to Montepulciano, Florence, Siena, Rada or wherever you want to visit. Two great restaurants. A great breakfast. Quiet reading nooks. Vespas. Gardens. A great pool. Great wine. And absolutely stunning views. The staff was absolutely wonderful.

Lovely property, though a tad dated. It has an old world feel to it. Without exception the staff were kind, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was great. We are happy that we chose to be at the lower level of Positano and enjoyed the dining choices that were within easy walking range.
We were there the first week in October and the buzz of activity as the ferries and boats pulled into the pier made it busy and noisy; so peak season maybe overwhelming.

The location is next to the pier. There is a bar next to it at night. It will be noisy until 2 or 3 in the morning. There is a smell of ship tail on the balcony. The room is very big, probably because it is the best room type in the hotel. The swimming pool on the balcony is more like a hot spring, which is meaningless. The facilities in the room are old and simple, there is no free mineral water, and the steam room seems to be broken. The hotel should be old. The hotel has three restaurants. The breakfast is very simple and there is nothing delicious. The pizza is also average, and the attitude of the pizza restaurant staff is very bad. The main restaurant tastes good and the service is enthusiastic. The front desk staff is also good, but overall it is too old.

The location is highly recommended for travelers who want to play at the sea.
It's right in front of the sea, so you can just walk back and forth.
Breakfast doesn’t have a lot of variety, but salads are delicious and there are many types of bread!
There is lemon yogurt here and it tastes like yogurt for the first time.
I tried it and it was very delicious. You must try it!
I stayed in a small suite, but it was old.
The cleanliness is really good. It’s really clean!
I don't know if the staff are friendly ^^;;; Only the desk seems a bit friendly.
