Stunning views and a perfect stay! 🏨
I spent a week here and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully designed with spacious rooms, and the view of Castel Nuovo is simply fantastic. The location is unbeatable for anyone who wants to explore the city on foot, and the varied breakfast along with the friendly staff made the stay even better. Highly recommended! ✨

To my shock I noticed that the staff had cancelled my reservation after requesting I update my card after I received a new one. I did update this card and the hotel I was staying in after NH Panorama had absolutely no issues with this. However, the staff in NH panorama decided to cancel my booking without so much as an email or a phone call warning me of such, when I arrived to the hotel they reinstated the original booking without so much as a sorry or even a complimentary service such as breakfast after their stark
unprofessionalism. I was appalled to have to pay after this incident and only did so as I had no other option after only seeing my booking was cancelled on the way to the hotel. Fire alarms also went off during my stay and when I called the reception about this they gave little to no explanation and got me off the phone as quickly as possible, I barely got a word in. The email I had sent to potentially organise something nice for my partner that I sent weeks before my arrival was also ignored. I would not recommend this place to any body staying in Naples due to these issues

Amazing hotel with outstanding service. Everything was delicious, and the breakfasts were absolutely incredible. In the morning, one of the girls made us an espresso with chocolate, it was so good and such a lovely touch. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I’m truly happy I had the chance to stay at this hotel.

It's probably the tallest building in Naples, so the views from the windows are beautiful, and the breakfast is excellent.

However, the downsides are also obvious: the room is too small; it was difficult to open even two 24-inch suitcases.

Breakfast was terrible, nothing to eat, I had to eat outside. The elevator was shaking. The facilities were rudimentary and not worth the money of more than 200 euros a night.

Very nice stay at the hotel. Very good city views from the room and perfect location to walk around the area. Excellent service from all the personnel, especially from Rosamaria. She was delightful, super kind, and always sharing her smile! During the breakfast she was very attentive and helpful, she even offered me a delicious coffee. I would definitely come back soon!

We stayed at the NH Napoli Panorama for one week and had a lovely stay. The hotel is well located and very walkable. The rooms are surprisingly quiet in a bustling area and are clean, modern, and the housekeeping was meticulous everyday. The front desk staff were helpful and loaned us umbrellas on the one rainy day and you can easily request a wide range of amenities delivered to the room directly from their app.
Perhaps the breakfast has changed since earlier reviews, but we had the breakfast one day of the trip and it was very good. A nice selection of light international options and two coffee machines. Our server was excellent and brought us some traditional Neapolitan breakfast items and described them to us. I would confidently recommend the restaurant breakfast as an easy option, especially if you’d like more than a coffee and pastry in the morning.
