Beautiful common areas. We loved hanging out in the bar/lounge area. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options for anyone to choose. The rooms are a little on the smaller size, but with a beautiful view if you are on the ocean side. The beds were ok, you can feel the age in the mattress, hence a little uncomfortable. Perfect location for a hotel, short walk to the center when needed. Everyone in the hotel was extremely nice and accommodating.

Very nice hotel as you would expect from Hilton. The people were friendly and the accomodations were 1st. Class. Good location, just a short walk into town especially if you take the hidden ally behind the gate at the end of the street. The only minor issue was there was some noise during the day from renovations at the hotel. It's a minor trade off to have properly maintained accomodations.

We stayed for the 2nd time at the Hilton Sorrento Palace. We were so excited to come back to this beautiful hotel. I will say you really have to be selective of the room type you choose. Our first visit we had an oceanfront room. This time we did not upgrade and chose a garden view room. Definitely a mistake. We were initially assigned a room literally in the basement. After complaining we were assigned a room on the first floor. They have beautiful gardens but all we could see was a wall. The service is awesome and I think the staff was limited in what they could do as the hotel was fully booked. However, as a Hilton diamond member I was disappointed. Our takeaway is make sure you upgrade. Otherwise the hotel is not worth the cost. The best part is the location is very convenient and walkable to old town.

We loved the variety of activities available, especially pedal tennis and yoga sessions that added a refreshing touch to our stay.

🍽️ The food was a highlight—delicious, beautifully presented, and full of local flavor. Every meal felt like a celebration of Italian cuisine. The staff were incredibly attentive and warm, making us feel truly welcome throughout our visit.

Great hotel. Very well run. Super efficient, clean and professional. Excellent breakfast and fantastic waiters in the bar. It’s a 12 min walk to the centre of Sorrento so it’s away from the intensity of the town but close enough to be easily accessible. Lovely pool, lots of loungers and a generally calm and upmarket ambiance. The manager does a fabulous job of setting high standards across the board for the team. Thanks for a perfect stay.

The room was a decent size and modern. The rooftop garden was great for watching the sunset. The volcano was visible from every room. The hotel is well-equipped and within walking distance of the city center.

The hotel is built on the hillside, facing the sea.
The restaurant has a great view, where you can have breakfast while overlooking Mount Vesuvius.
The transportation is also convenient, and it is a five-minute walk from the town. It is also close to the pier and the station.

The hotel is halfway up the mountain. The lobby is grand and there are many 🍋 trees in the garden. The room facilities are average and drinking water is not provided. The breakfast environment is good and the variety is rich. Parking is charged.

It is located near the mountain and a little far from the center. The breakfast is delicious with many varieties. The room is relatively large with a full sea view and a view of the volcano. The hotel has complete facilities. It is great.
