Good hotel with a good breakfast, good service both in the reception and in the breakfast. I would love to come back!

Great hotel, but its pretty ran down. One can tell its an older hotel. Regardless, the staff was great and very nice. Breakfast was a variety of things, so there isnt any complaint.

Very clean hotel, breakfast are delicious. Rooms cleaned daily, Aircon in the room, nice view and first line hotel to the beach. The only thing which we didn't like is that the hotel has a private beach, but you still have to pay for an umbrella and sunbed on the beach. The hotel is giving you a voucher for it which is only a discount. Apparently it is a standard everywhere, but we were very surprised...

We stayed at this hotel in 2019, but it's certainly tired since then, and the service has declined (no free beach towels, no bottled water, no slippers, etc.). But in terms of price/quality, it's still one of the best options! The hotel is on the beachfront, fairly close to the train station, and shops are within walking distance. The balcony has an unbeatable sea view and I saw a very beautiful sunrise

Rooms are quite small but very clean. A bit disturbing was that even if it was off season and not very crowded you could hear everything: people talking, alarms in the morning, someone throwing up from close rooms. Too warm in the room even if we turned the heating off. It turned on again when we left the room. We did sleep the balcony door open even in January. Breakfast was very rich and tasty....

Nice relatively new hotel in good reach from city center and train station, good shower, decent breakfast, and smart allocation of all buttons in the room. Pitch dark when you want to sleep without annoying LEDs. Amazing

Perfect location, clean and good stay!

The hotel is 1 km away from the train station and close to the city center. You can walk to various attractions and visit the old town. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet, which of course is related to the size and population density of the city itself.

Location is very good. While close to the historic city center ~5min also at a 15m walking diatance from the train station. Rooms are ergonomic in many aspects (light switches,sockets , storage spaces etc) but there are doors connecting them that dont soundproof well i.e. I could hear my neighbours TV. Exceptional stay at the Belettini Hotel. Right on the beach, clean and cosy. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices from buffet or kitchen order. Situated on Cervia's seafront, the Hotel Conchiglia is a lovely experience that starts with the reception staff. We were greeted with a broad smile and a 'nothing-is-a-problem' attitude. Relaxing, impressive, spotlessly clean, with ample balconies off their ensuite rooms. Would I return? Absolutely!

Nice position, clean and nice personal, i recommend anyone who likes to go to that region but its expensive to be 4 stars hotel. I found strange that there wasn't any bottle of water when we arrived and you have to pay it if you want.

Having just returned from a fourteen night stay at The Luxor Beach I am so pleased that it is still as excellent as it always has been. Stayed twice, both nice. Love this hotel for its proximity to the train station, shopping and the beach. Second time here and in the newer wing. Room came with south facing balcony, great bed and great shower. Surprisingly quiet given that it’s right across the street from the train station.
