Clean, comfortable, and very good breakfast! Strongly recommended

Staff was good. The room was very dusty especially in the closet and the hairdryer. The shelves inside the mirrored closet were dusty. The hairdryer filter was filled with dust that it wasn’t working until I removed the buildup from the filter then the hairdryer was working afterwards.

The rooms were nice but the bathroom needs updating. The air conditioning worked well but the bathroom could have been cleaner as there were some areas that clearly had mold in the shower. The staff were excellent and the included breakfast was very good with a large selection of hot and cold items. The location was also very good, just a 10 min walk from the main city centre with lots of restaurants...

The room was tidy and small, but perfect for our two night stay. The location was a short walk from the train station and another short walk to the downtown area and restaurants. The breakfast was very nice, but the coffee maker only made one coffee at a time, and one of the two machines were not working, this made for a long wait for coffee.

Difficult- great location once you want to visit Ducati site at Bologna. Good parking, good breakfast, big rooms, good price, but poor cleaning quality especially of the bathroom, strange smell there. Hotel is 4 stars level but this is not reality.

Not a pleasure stay as bathroom was not clean. Facilities are old. Although I know it is somehow the best around the area, I'd rather go to the next town for other hotels next time.

The hotel is quite old and the facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene of the hotel is acceptable, the surrounding environment is also good, and the service of the front desk staff and restaurant staff is very good.

On the edge of the city center, 15 minutes drive to the city center, the room is spacious and sanitary, and parking is convenient.

The Michelangelo is a gem in Riccione. The rooms are up to date and finished luxuriously with many amenities. The restaurant is excellent & comparable to Michelin cuisine experiences. The hotel and restaurant staff is very friendly and attentive. We will definitely plan to return.

Super hotel , with great service, breakfast and rooms!

I had a junior suite that was quite underwhelming. Only two windows were roof windows and was pretty dark. Room was overheated for sleep (24 degrees) but could not change anything on temperarture. Also nothing changed after I told reception. Hotel itself is a lovely palace, breakfast was okay but also not outstanding.

The overall state of the property was great! the rooms amazing, the bathrooms with large showers and counters amazing. The breakfast was exceptional " in house baked bread" full cheese and prosciutto selection mimosas and pastries were fantastic and fresh.

My stay at this Parma hotel was nice, with a uniquely beautiful room featuring a striking staircase descending to a spacious bathroom. The location is not bad, just a 15-minute walk to the city center. However, the shampoo and conditioner were insufficient for our two-night stay. The room was very clean and bright. We had a good night's sleep. The breakfast and dinner were good quality - choice of cakes, croissants, cold cuts, cheese and bread for breakfast. Lovely coffee machine! Drinks are not included at dinner- even had to pay for water. Nice quiet area and there are a couple of parking spaces in front of the hotel.

I stayed at Hotel Universal during the Ironman weekend and I had a great stay. A lovely hotel with the most comfortable beds and pillows of anywhere we stay. Good location and the rooms are nice and big with lovely bathrooms and large showers. Breakfast has enough variety and the waiting staff are proactive in cleaning up and restocking. Free parking right outside your door and pet friendly makes it our go to when we are in Modena.

Beautiful hotel just steps from Piazza Maggiore. I travel frequently for work and have stayed in many hotels in central Bologna, and this is among the best value. The bathroom in the room has been renovated and is very comfortable despite being a single. The breakfast is good and varied.

I spent a week at Hotel Milano Helvetia and it was an amazing time! The hotel is well located, food is excellent and abundant, and the cycling guides are great! Especially Luigi! Exterior & lobby are updated and modern, reflecting the 4 star rating. The rooms were more like a 2 star hotel (our double bed was two twin mattresses shoved together, flooring throughout is same tile as in the shower). Parking was closeby but a bit inconvenient as you had to ring a bell and wait for them to open the gate for both entry and exit.
