While the exterior looks very nice, the entire hotel, especially the rooms, doesn't seem to be 4-star quality: the bathroom has a rather damaged door that conflicts with the sink, very old fixtures, and rather dated bathroom fixtures, especially the shower. Even the closet in the room, of which I've attached a photo, isn't exactly 4-star quality... Breakfast, however, is worthy of a good 4-star hotel...

Our stay at Mercure Rimini Lungomare was overall acceptable. The location is not bad, but since we visited during the off-season, it was hard to fully experience the atmosphere of the area. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach and some nice restaurants. However, I was on the 5th floor which required carrying luggage up an extra flight from the first floor and wifi could not reach the room. You could also hear partying from across the street in the room. Other than that the air conditioning was good and the room was clean so a pretty good stay if you aren't too picky.

Very nice Hotel with great buffet food! The room is good, staff really friendly. The beach exeptional as you have lot of space between your umbrella and another. Never saw so much space available for privacy. To get to the beach you need to cross two streets, one only for residences and the other for bycicles and runners. Nesrby you can walk more south to see nice shops and atmosphere.

We had a great stay, the service personal is very friendly and always striving to help. Rooms were cleaned every day, room size is rather on the smaller side but it's managable. Only critique would be that the breakfast needs more variety!

Nice spot on the Rimini riviera with amazing service! Nice stay but the real highlight is the staff, professional and welcoming. They went way above and beyond. Satisfactory It is conveniently situated with good acces by bus or metro mare with some excellent restaurants a few meters away. The room was large with nice space but needs an upgrade for bathroom facilities. Also the resto service was not always available

There is nothing wrong with this hotel. It's just not 4 star. I can't even say it's 3 star. It's at best 2.5 star.. The staff were friendly, the amenities were terrible. I had to sleep with my door open because the AC did not function (I don't think it was broken, I think it was considered too cold to have it functioning) and the room got too hot. Overall verdict was very good and the breakfast was excellent.

Staff at the reception desk was extremely helpful. We arrived to early and they let us leave our luggage in the hotel while we were visiting Forli. We were also leaving the hotel early in the morning and they prepared breakfast out of restaurant opening hours which was very nice and unexpected.

Unfortunately, my room, number 91, had a terrace overlooking the roof. The shower was on the floor, wetting the toilet, bidet, and sink.
