The staff is really, really, really nice. Everyone was genuinely smiling all the time and super friendly. I worked out in the gym almost every day, and it was more than enough

The place is perfect for a romantic getaway for couples, but also great for families since there are plenty of activities for kids. The room is very nice, and the location is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by mountains

Maybe the only drawback is the rather remote location but if you want a peaceful yet fun holiday it would be hard to fault

But honestly, the best part was the amazing attitude and friendliness of the staff

Very disappointing for an Italian restaurant (and the table next to us were complaining about the exact same thing). My four-cheese pizza was like a cheese soup contained within a ring of pizza crust

Meals are excellent, varied and waiters super friendly. Pool and bikes were also very useful for us with a young child. We enjoyed our stay very much, made remarkable memories and are eager tor return sometime

Great location, beach is in short walking distance but the hotel is in a quiet street surrounded with beautiful trees which makes it really charming and offers good relax for guests

Superb all in formula: gastronomic food and drinks. Well situated adjacent to one of the slopes of Solda ski resort. Solda is a rather small but well maintained ski resort.

You can buy items from the bar using a pre-paid card, but the drinks are expensive compared to bars and restaurants in the cities. Even water must be paid for and the water in the rooms is not drinkable

I stayed this hotel for 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and warm. Breakfast restaurant was awesome view. Only one thing i think they need to improve it that spa reservation system

hi from Ukraine to a place that really sends you on vacation. we bought a tour and it's a good price/quality ratio. the hotel is cozy, has a wonderful beach with the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises

I spent a week at Hotel Milano Helvetia and it was an amazing time! The hotel is well located, food is excellent and abundant, and the cycling guides are great! Especially Luigi! The staff were warm and welcoming too!! The bicycles provided for our cycling were nice than any bike I’ve ever ridden

First: I suggest that stuff in restaurants or in reception should ask guests if breakfast or accommodations is good enough

This hotel was in a lovely area of Lake Garda central to explore all the great little towns situated around the lake. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and fresh with a great lake view

As it was out of season we had to do a short walk to catch the bus to Desenzano or Salo to catch the ferries but this we fine for us and we spent two days exoring the lake and villages on the shore

We stayed in the historic annex. Great from the outside but old fashioned inside and somewhat cluttered. Interesting building though. Very friendly staff but breakfast was a let down

Nice setting & location Polite staff We visited only for lunch on a rainy day. No olive oil given with the bread. Food was edible but a bit like school dinners - somewhat underwhelming for a hotel restaurant

Despite all of this we ate all of the food exxcept for the bread We were not offered dessert nor coffee at the end of the meal. just "Go to reception to pay" Probably would choose somewhere else to eat next time

Very convenient location to take a swim only few steps out of the door. There is not free parking. I suggest downloading the app EASYPARK, because the machines on the street are not phone or credit card friendly!

The beach areas have assigned lounges, this is ridiculous for paying guests to have to sit where they place you when there are plenty of other empty chaises! The hotel can use some TLC, feels dated except for the terrace area which is very nice for dining and enjoying appetitive

The mattress and pillows were very hard. The cleaning staff were very rude. The 'all inclusive' is the most limited I have ever seen, basically beer, wine or hot drinks

Its a little more Kellermans than Costa dell Sol. You get assigned a table in the restaurant for the duration of your stay and the dining times are set although there is quite a large window for each meal

Nice hotel but could be better, We stayed here with an all inclusive shearing holiday and on arrival was met by a wonderful male receptionist(sorry can't remember his name) On recieving our room key card we went up and found we'd been given what I can only describe as the cleaning closet(room 305) the room was so small it was embarrassing, and to make it worse when I went to open the curtains to see...

So down to reception I went and luckily we we're moved to another room and informed that the Aircon systems had been deactivated due to it now been there winter period (still in the mid to high 20's) Right room sorted now down to the all inclusive or the somewhat lack of it for non-alcohol drinkers, the hotel didn't include alcohol free lagers in the deal and charged €3

We stayed in Arco Smart Hotel for 4 nights. It started with the check-in, create explain and information. The rooms were clean en confortable, the staff was very friendly and helpfull, the food was good

So we can recommend this hotel and we will come back again to this hotel

There was a good variety of food for all meals, We were on a drinks inclusive package with Shearings, which meant there were drinks available from 12md to 10pm, you could help yourself to hot drinks, beer, wine and soft drinks during this time

The restaurant offered real variety in its food being offered and was excellent in quality. Being a coeliac, my diet was well supported. All in all a,great experience
