Bad point that even with all-inclusive, you need to go to the reseception at 15 to subscribe to these additional restaurants. Drinks were also sad, all with sugar

We wanted a beach front hotel and all inclusive. This hotel is good for our needs. Great beach and sea. All inclusive was fine. Plenty of nice food and drinks. All inclusive all we can’t fault it and would go back.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Right on the beach with ocean views from my room. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The property has easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants.

Hotel Club Eloro in Noto, Sicily, offers a cozy setting with sea views. Modern accents and warm lighting create a welcoming ambiance. The Italian and Mediterranean dishes are flavorful, my friends did enjoy it

The hotel is very nice. The pool is good for all there is even a kids pool. The staff is very kind and the food was delicious. The game room is perfect fo yuths and a great game. The rooms were perfect.

Rooms were clean, staff were helpful, the pool, private beach, games room, and other facilities were great, and breakfast had a good variety. I would stay here again.

The bathroom contained all the necessary for my grooming routine. Definitely a place to stay in when in Cervia

Lunches and dinners were a great experience every day. All inclusive in the bars during the day is basically enough, but I would include the offer of at least one wine among soft drinks and beer

Great little pizza place just around the corner, but we paid for full board so had breakfast, lunch and dinner supplied in the Club Hotel Dante Restaurant - food was great every day. Room was good everything we needed

Property large modern, functional, well-organized and well-managed. Excellent Spa and outdoor swimming pool. Dining at the restaurant Chaco review with large delays in the refilling of the buffet

We enjoyed our stay, but wouldn’t return, food was very good, but you couldn’t say it was all inclusive, having to pay for a gin and tonic was very disappointing, local brands are very cheap, and the drinks machine closed at 10

Great hotel, rooms are nice and clean, there are 3 swimmingpools alltough not heated. Staff is friendly and hard working, food was nice and every day a 4 course meal that issn't bad. Overall i had a pleasant stay.

The service of the Hotel is perfect and customer oriented we had a car breakdown and the manager was so kind and changed for us

Unfortunately there are not enough parking spaces. Every day the car had to be pulled away so that someone else could get in

This is quite annoying because they can call you at any time that the person is in the wrong place with their car

Very good hotel swiming pool and good great. But dispite 5 reminder for invoice in advances They failed to provide invoice. Really poor reception services. Staff is not qualified enough to provide You the invoice

Keeping buffet prices competitive with restaurants in Santa Teresa town would most likely make more guests eat or use the buffet more

Beautiful newly renovated resort with spectacular rooms and amenities. Pool, gym, and bar all exceptional. Similar to other reviews written around this time, the hotel does feel just slightly understaffed

We had a 5 days stay at this resort. Very good customer service, friendly and helpful staff, good atmosphere. Buffet for dinner well overpriced which made us go out every night for food to Santa Teresa

The hotel is in a good location with perfect views on beach and mountains. Good was good did regular fish dishes and meat. however if your used to your classic English meals this hotel is not for you

I have been visiting Letojanni for 10 years and have never been disappointed by this hotel, its staff or its services. Its the end of November over 18 degrees....life looks fab from here.

Visited in April 2025 with 2 young kids. The facilities weren't fully up and running so would love to go back when everything is open. The location is great and really easy to get into Taormina and out on excursions

We got a free upgrade to the villas on the beach ( there is 8 of these) which was a lovely surprise, as it was my daughters/son in laws 30 th birthdays and this also gave us access to the vip restaurant for breakfast (which costs €30 each ) We found that the staff were Friendly BUT couldn’t speak basic English so trying to ask questions were very difficult and frustrating

There was a lot of German people at this hotel, so very few English people, but I was told it was their annual holidays ( we stayed 14/18 June. It was self service for your drinks

Because we were only there for 4 days , we didn’t eat lunch/dinner in the main restaurant ( apart from 1night ) as we wanted to try different places for food

I would go back but I would only stay in the villas. The hotel also as a free shuttle bus that goes to Limone but it stops at 7. 05pm so getting back you would have to walk (20mins) as getting a taxi is impossible

Everything about the resort (rooms, decorations and more) was beautiful. The staff was outstanding! Gorgeous property including the grounds, pool and beach. Very good food. We can't wait to go back!

I was disconnected 4 times in less than an hour on the first meeting and 5 times on the second meeting. If you don't need WiFi, then this hotel is better than average but the food is very expensive for what they offer

If you need to do business while at the hotel, don't even consider it because the WiFi is slower than dial up. I had two important business meetings on two different days and I wanted to pull my hair out

Staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel was a little out of the way from anywhere else so having a hire car was great and it was a good base for visiting both Cagliari and Villasimius

The entertainment staff here work tirelessly to make sure everyone is included and entertained from morning to night, with games, aquafit, music including live singing, dancing and live shows in the theatre, we struggled slightly with the language barrier as we seemed to be the only English staying this week, but we still felt included

We were lucky to have booked in a local religious celebration week, and as if the food wasn’t amazing enough, the last two days were another level if that were possible, there was even more choice, totally spoilt

Wonderful grounds, beautifully kept. I had a deluxe room with a balcony. The room was slightly outdated but the bath was updated. Service was fine, especially the bartenders who were friendly, kind, and spoke English

Sicily but 2024 - Very warm welcome - very comfortable, clean room with a magnificent view of the sea - spacious room - generous all-you-can-eat meals and all with a wonderful restaurant team

Very good restaurant, the chef and staff are there to take care of you. We had a good stay, with a friendly team. We were able to enjoy the bar and the indoor swimming pool

They run a scam where you can't buy drinks from the bar without buying one of their pre paid credit cards which you can top up at anytime but they won't refund any excess funds when you leave

We spent 4 weeks in this wonderful house. It's just gorgeous, everything is there what you need. Dishwasher, washing machine, grill, freezer and a huge garden. Super nice owners, can only be recommended.

a simple evening program allows everyone to participate: from children to adults, the main thing‘s to have fun together. during the mini club, it‘s noticeable children are loved, have own connection and take care of them

hi from Ukraine to a place that really sends you on vacation. we bought a tour and it's a good price/quality ratio. the hotel is cozy, has a wonderful beach with the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises

adults can play beach volleyball or stretching in the sea during the day. 7⭐️ the owner has smth to work on, but already grateful for a good vacation!!

One major downside is that the beach bar is not included in the all-inclusive package, so you have to pay for drinks there

However, there is also a big minus, which is that it is not possible to use the all-inclusive at the beach bar - so you have to pay for drinks on the beach

I had great experience with the Mclub Alicudi, everything was fine. Staff was hospitable, friendly and attentive. The restaurant was great, the food was delicious.

English communication was difficult as most of the staff spoke only Italian, and the majority of guests were local Italians

Another issue is the shuttle train to the beach, which runs only every 30 minutes – the long wait is inconvenient

We just leave the modern hotel Ambasciatori this morning, after 4 nights, and I must say it was one of the best holiday I had in my life

The cleaning is absolutely perfect all over ( thank you, Mrs Olga who took care each day of our room!), all staff very friendly, breakfast excelent, location in the best part of seaside area, close to the harbor! I highly recommend this hotel and I want to come back here next year also!

A couple of considerations, not negatives as such - the food isn't hugely child friendly but this wasn't a huge problem as there is always lots of side options and plentiful of lovely fresh fruit and we learned quickly not to order too much

Just returned from a very relaxing and enjoyable week's stay here. From Bologna it's about a 70min journey, we used it as a base to go off and visit San Marino (50mins away), Rimini (20 mins) and Ravenna (45)

Cesenatico is a nice seaside town with a nice promenade you can walk down on the beach front with plenty of amenities but I'd definitely recommend visiting the aforementioned towns to get a more historic flavour

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days as a couple and had a truly wonderful experience! The service was excellent, with a friendly and attentive staff. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean

The hotel is located on a busy road, where motorcycles constantly pass by, causing noise pollution. The restaurant was also very noisy, with often screaming and yelling small children

Waited a long time for a drink, it wasn’t clear how to order and gave up getting another as staff were busy with people having meals

The beach areas have assigned lounges, this is ridiculous for paying guests to have to sit where they place you when there are plenty of other empty chaises! The hotel can use some TLC, feels dated except for the terrace area which is very nice for dining and enjoying appetitive

This was a beautiful location with easy access to restaurants as well as a wonderful restaurant of its own. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful.

Stayed at majestic palace for family members wedding in the castle, unfortunately a party member had accident whilst there , the hotel staff from the cleaner , restaurant and reception could not have helped us more, they was amazing, facilities excellent, food great, they even left us a meal on return from the hospital, we cannot thank them enough for their help, would definitely recommend if you want...

We have been coming here for the 4 th time now as it is great and upscaled. It is part of the i prefer hotels. Only my gps keeps taking me to a different location thinking we arrived, but the street is closed

We booked two double superior rooms with sea view and all inclusive accommodation. The first negative thing were with the rooms. Initially we got two corner rooms on the 1st floor
