The owners are exquisite: The Director Pericles is a volcano of ideas, always available with whom you can talk about everything and Maia, the sister who manages the Hotel team with sweetness and precision at the same time, thus creating a serene and very welcoming environment

The restaurant has a very young team, but well coordinated by Evelyn and with excellent food (lots of fish!)

Weaknesses: The building and rooms are dated and uncomfortable

We were on vacation at the Welcome Hotel in these days of August 2022 and we really had a happy holiday

We stayed for two for seven days on a half-board basis. We had a room on the fourth floor with a sea-view terrace, parking, and beach access included in the price

We stayed for one night in an all-inclusive quadruple room. Nice, clean room with all the services described, working. Very nice staff and owners who made us feel at home

There is also deep-fried food (French fries / potato sticks). In general, it is impossible to stay hungry. Breakfast is mostly sweet, but there are also salty dishes. Girls, remember that you are great!

The owner is very courteous and kind, with the true courtesy of someone from Romagna. The food was good and plentiful. Overall there is a little room for improvement but the value for money is very good

The girls who work there are running around like bees. It is obvious that they have a lot of workload, if it were possible to give them a rating specifically, it would be the highest

They are accommodating, very polite and pleasant. They communicate with everyone as equals, in warm relations with the hotel guests

I was repeatedly bothered with unjustified complaints, which felt like harassment, especially towards guests from Eastern Europe. Meanwhile, Italian guests seemed to enjoy complete freedom

On the positive side: the staff (maids, cook, receptionist) were absolutely wonderful – professional, kind, and very hard-working. Sadly, the owner’s attitude overshadowed their efforts

Every year, improvements are made to the hotel, something I haven't seen in neighboring properties. The staff is excellent, both for housekeeping and in the restaurant, and everyone goes above and beyond

We spent three weeks in August and, as always for the past 10 years, we had a wonderful time! The hotel faces the sea, and all the rooms enjoy the view. The common areas are spacious and elegant

Breakfast and meals are served on the first floor, in a spectacular glass-enclosed room, also with a sea view. priceless! Federico, the owner, is kind, honest, and attentive to all his guests

A summer staple for over 15 years! I've been staying at Hotel Aqua (formerly Hotel Filippo) since 2009, always during the August summer season, and every year it feels like coming home

Until 2017, I shared this experience with my family, then with friends, but one thing has never changed: the quality, the hospitality, and the feeling of being in the right place

SUPER breakfasts (they got me some fantastic ricotta because of my diet). A beautiful lady who works in the structure promptly found me two sunbeds and an umbrella in a beach of her acquaintances on Sunday at 12

By pure chance and without a reservation, we ended up at Nicotel Ostuni. It was the best experience we could have had. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous, beyond the formal welcome we're used to

Located in a strategic area you can go anywhere because it is close to the highway. Surrounded by nature, structure to be reviewed, but the staff were wonderful. All available since my booking

The breakfast is generous and plentiful, even for the most discerning and international palates. As always, the staff makes the difference, and we'll definitely be back

Rooms are very clean and comfort. I dont understand why people paying such a cheap price expect Hilton standard. I am very happy and higly reccomended

Room was clean & great size. First room- heater was messed up. Went to front desk to inquire on proper use & was immediately given another room on same floor. Desk assistant was extremely nice & helpful.

The wounds were clean and comfortable. The desk lamps did not have USB outlets and the electrical outlet outlets that were on the desk. Lamps were broken and in operable. The bathroom sink faucet had a slow leak

Check-in was impossible due to a computer system shut down. The front desk attendant was very polite and eventually got us into a room without the computer running

First time at this hotel! My daughter Carlotta and I spent our vacation here, and we had a wonderful time! From the moment we arrived, the entertainment staff took care of my daughter, trying to involve her in all their activities! Devon, Eros, and Alessia were fantastic! All the hotel staff, from the receptionists to the waiters and waitresses to the housekeepers, never let us down

Perfect location and outstanding services for all guests! kids loved it and had a lot of fun with the Foam party and the Color party on the beach plus tons of age appropriate activities it was a great experience and we built wonderful memories together

The hotel's two pools with the beach in front make the vacation super convenient, as are all the transportation to the center of Riccione, the shuttle service, bicycles and strollers, and the availability of guests are a great plus

Francesca was always smiling and available to answer our constant requests, always with a smile, as were all the staff: Melissa, Gabriele, Vera, Vlad, Anna, Sasà the chef, and all his kitchen staff

The many activities offered by the hotel made our vacation unique! The room was basic with a balcony overlooking the sea, but I would definitely add a few small details to make it more comfortable

Great location, at a stone throw from the beach and all the fun and amenities, great food served fresh daily with ample choice, a beautiful veranda where to gather for a little chat and a good coffee, no noises at night if you want to sleep with your window open cause of the strategic location

All the employees were very helpful and accommodating, and I immediately felt welcome. The mattresses were a bit firm and the bathrooms somewhat old, but everything was still very clean and nicely furnished

The food was great buffet was full of different tasty food everyday, pasta was fantastic and main meals had a great variety over the week. The waiters are so friendly and helpful

Traditional hotel managed by an italian family. Had a really good and warm stay with them. I’d definitely stay with them again once I go back to Viareggio

Everything about the hotel was exceptional; the welcome, the staff, the cleanliness and the locality for the seafront were great

Early morning train to switzerland was cancelled on the platform. Booked the room to stay the night and leave early next morning. The hotel manager allowed us to check in over 2 hours early and was incredibly friendly

His attention to food and to meeting all needs (including intolerances) is remarkable, I noticed that there are gluten-free foods. I recommend this hotel because we really enjoyed our stay

Food was actually very good but the all inclusive only entitled you to cheap boxed wine and water. Animation team were the star of the place with the shows that were presented of an incredibly polished nature

On the beach there is a restaurant which I have not tried because I preferred the buffet and there is also a restaurant "il gusto" which I have not had the opportunity to try

At the beginning of June, we had a wonderful vacation here. Food was delicious, rooms were clean, and the beach was wonderful. It was what you would expect from a holiday, but there were extra things

Firstly, every room has a reserved table and sun loungers with a parasol on the beach

* the accommodation was perfect, medium-sized rooms in very good condition * meals (all inclusive program): breakfast was the same as elsewhere, but lunch and dinner were exclusive from my point of view (fish, seafood, lots of fruit and vegetables and of course pasta)

I spent an unforgettable week at Simeri Village with my family, coming straight from Poland, and I couldn't be happier with the choice! The food was spectacular: fresh, varied, and delicious dishes, from local specialties to pizza that was an absolute delight

Every meal was a treat! The staff really made the difference. Chicco a talented young man, amazing at singing and very polite. Shoutout also to Suvam, the waiter from Nepal with his infectious smile

Well done some of the guys from Th Land, my niece had fun. In my opinion the other animators were a bit dull. I don't interact with the customer and I think that human contact is the basis of everything for an animator

We stayed at the Calanè from 31/07 to 07/08. Perfect and unforgettable vacation. Everything perfect, from the welcome, to the cleaning of the room and general, to the animation, the entertainment and the restaurant

Animation for children absolutely top serenino: the girls and boys of the fantastic miniclub, we have 2 enthusiastic children aged 4 and 6, who did a lot of activities and who did not want to leave

Spacious and clean rooms, the only flaw are the wooden window frames that should be repainted. As for the catering, varied menus, excellent quality of food and service

We have just concluded our one week stay at Calane ': it was a surprising holiday dedicated to relaxation and fun for young and old

I mean really there are lots and lots of steps to get anywhere. The restaurant is located up so many steps it is unreal

We were moved to another hotel in Castelsardo which was a nice place. Castelsardo Resort Village is truly in a beautiful location and all the rooms are located around a central hub. The rooms are spacious and clean

You really can’t walk from this hotel into Castelsardo as there is no coastal path and you would take your life in your hands along the main road. There are no pavements until you get right into the town

Not a problem for us but if you have any mobility issues then you really would struggle with this resort. The pool was very deep with a small shallowed area and easy steps to get in and out

We arrived later than expected because of flight delays and when we got to the hotel we were told that there was a fault and our room wouldn’t be available until the following day

Despite requesting extra pillows for the bed on three occasions we never received them and in the end gave up asking. The resort has no lifts and there are lots of steps

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in a long time! Such great quality in terms of rooms, meals, drinks, spa. Perfect location near the skiing pistes. Kind and helpful staff throughout the hotel

We stayed at Solea for 4 nights in September and wished we could have stayed longer. It’s a fantastic location if you have a car for visiting both lake Garda and for going north into the Dolomites

The roads leading up to it are windy and you need to drive slowly but it’s worth it for the incredible views from the hotel. The staff are wonderful, so friendly and pleasant and very competent

The pool area is really nice and overlooks the valley. You can see the Temple of Juno in the distance from any of the rooms. The Valley of the Temples is only about five minutes away

Hotel is very close to the ruins 5miniute drive and you have views of the ruins from the hotel. The staff in the hotel are exceptional very helpful

Small family hotel. Great food and drinks. Clean simple rooms and nice exterior and garden. Pool is good in size and depth. Only one bad thing is lots of rocks in sea and really shallow long "entrance" into it.
