Great location to get around from by Metro or foot

Location is excellent…just minutes away from Spanish steps and the best shopping and restaurant area. The only concern is you need to climb quite a number of staircase before reaching the room. However, I really appreciate the support and advice offered. A staff even assisted me with the suitcases upon check out. Plenty of water and fresh towel supply.

We had an excellent experience staying here. Bruno provided us with exceptional hospitality, always making himself available to answer questions and provide recommendations. The location is amazing, surrounded by great restaurants, 1 block from Spanish steps and 15 minutes from Trevi Fountain. The accommodations are located on a lively and vibrant street, we loved everything about this place. Can’t say enough about how wonderful Bruno was. We will return back to this property because of him!

Highly recommend staying here. Bruno is a wealth of knowledge of the area. What to see where to eat etc. Definitely will stay there again on future visits to Rome.

The room was lovely, warm, and welcoming. This is our second time here. The location is excellent, right in the center, with a taxi stand and metro station just steps away. The host is friendly and helpful. They're happy to give you advice on places to eat and things to do. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, the trendiest area of ​​Rome, one street below the Spanish Steps. The rooms are very nice. Cons: no elevator, the windows are old, and you won't sleep because of the street noise (the entrance is a bit scary). You can easily walk to all the tourist attractions, and the metro is practically at the doorstep.

2 nights as a couple, excellent location, 2 steps from Piazza di Spagna and its metro stop. Practically in the center. Quiet area. The room is small but super comfortable, everything new and very clean. Friendly, helpful staff.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Location is perfect, near Spagna station and Spanish steps. Room is clean, big and well kept. Bathroom is awesome with separate shower stand and huge bathtub. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
For the price point under $200 per night, this is a great choice. My husband and I were both really happy that we decided to stay here. We'll be back in 2022!
