Too much noise (during the night / early morning) in the room 101 too close to the entrance.

The room is large and beautiful. Staff is sweet, but we found the arranged shuttle prices from/to airport to be high. The shared kitchen is always clean and very useful!

The pillows were uncomfortable and flat. Overall a great stay though.

The address I left for the B&B on Ctrip was wrong. We walked a long way, thinking we'd arrived at the B&B, but it turned out to be the wrong address. We contacted the B&B for the new address, and finally found it. It was a hassle lugging our luggage and children. The B&B required climbing stairs and various code access codes to open the door. There was no elevator, which was a hassle with large luggage. The ambiance was very average. The bathroom was fairly new, but the room was very average. The two table lamps in the room were covered in dust and I didn't dare use them. It's a B&B, not a hotel. There's no hotel front desk. You have to contact the hotel or Ctrip in advance to get the various door access codes and emails. If you arrive at night or don't have a local SIM card with phone access, don't book this, or you might end up sleeping on the street. Contacting them was incredibly difficult. They insisted on connecting to WhatsApp, but they couldn't explain the phone number, so we ended up having to contact them through the door and email, which was very inefficient. I wouldn't stay there again. Although the room had a window, the curtains were covered in dust and fell down. The sanitary conditions were appalling, and I wouldn't consider it again. The leather on the sofa in the kitchen was peeling off, and when you sat on it, the leather fell off all over your clothes. It was extremely dirty. The only chair in the room had blood stains and mosquito corpses on it, so you didn't dare to use it.

Room was very clean. The building has an elevator which we appreciated having 2 rolling bags. I loved the location, quiet and far from the touristy areas which gives you a glimpse of the local ambience.

Discreetly located in a building that houses other businesses, Suitinn19 is a hidden gem. The rooms are spacious, contemporary and well maintained. The accommodations here are a quiet oasis in the lively neighborhood of Travestere.

This place was just perfect !! Quiet, safe, clean ! I was hesitant about there not being a reception desk, but the management respond very quickly and politely over WhatsApp. There’s free wifi, complimentary breakfast, and it’s right near the most gorgeous river !! I would easily recommend this to anyone but specifically solo women travellers ❤️❤️ This is the place girlies I promise :))

The online check in was very easy and it was just as easy to contact the reception via WhatsApp whenever I needed, even though they were not actually at the hotel. Overall a nice stay in a good area in Rome .

Great hotel with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The location is absolutely perfect in the heart of Trastevere. Quite and calm, away from the chaos of the touristy center of Rome, but close enough to reach by a quick tram ride.

Very new, very nice hotel in heart of trastevera. Staff is very nice, rooms very clean, and the neighbourhood is great for finding great non-tourist-trap restaurants.
