Centrally Located. Easy walk to Rome main attractions
A bit hard to find… BnB apartment complex on second floor

We booked a two-night stay, and upon arrival we were told the power in our room had just gone out but would be restored by the time we returned. When we came back later that evening, the front desk was closed, our room was still without power, and every other part of the building appeared to have electricity. We contacted the receptionist, who tried to help remotely, but nothing worked. We were told we’d have to wait until morning. Since we had early Vatican tickets, we couldn’t stay to wait, so we had to get ready in the dark and even purchase new battery packs to charge our phones. Overall Once it got dark, the room was basically unusable we couldn’t shower, repack, or do anything we needed to do. When we returned midday, reception assured us we would receive a refund for that night. However, it has now been nearly three weeks, and we still haven’t received the refund or any response to our emails, calls, or messages.

Great location , an apartment rather than a hotel ! Which is fine , centre of Ancient Rome all within easy walking distance , staff are not 24 hr but again we’re adults and it’s fine ! If you need all that kind of thing get a hotel , our rooms were really good and bathrooms great , massive bath and great shower . Staff were more than helpful and friendly . We will be back !

Beautiful room and great location. The staff were amazing and soooo kind. The location was walking distance to many tourist sites and tons of food options literally right next door to the hotel.

Great location, Close both to good restaurants and bars and to must see Romes attractions. The staff is very helpfull. Rooms are quiet, well furnished, equiped with good ventilation, well suplied fridge. Hope to stay there again when visiting Rome

Great hotel and base. Our room unfortunately had no hot water for two days but the staff were great and commented whole time, we had use of another room to shower etc. they then upgraded us when the suite came free, beautiful room. The location is fab, walking distance to everything. Thank you for a great stay!

I booked a deluxe room but ended up getting a room with almost no windows. It doesn't look like a hotel, but more like a homestay, and the corridor is less than one meter wide. Didn't see any staff except the front desk. Arrive at the hotel at 8pm and need to check in by yourself. The only good thing is the location is not bad. Not recommended at all

The staff of this property are wonderfully warm and helpful. Although they do not maintain a 24 hour desk, they made it clear that they were available by phone if needed. The staff offered me a glass of wine or other drink upon my arrival and each afternoon when I returned for a rest. The rooms are quite small and simple, but the location is fantastic. Simple breakfast items are left in the room and other snacks and drinks are in a mini fridge and are included in the price. Taxi stand is within 100 feet.
