Maison Evelina in Rome

Nice location and good place very good place.

The room is not big, and it is very crowded for three people. The restaurant is even smaller. It feels like eating is next to the front desk, which is not very convenient. The price is very high. Fortunately, the location is more convenient. I will definitely choose this hotel next time. This time I chose it in a hurry.

Very close to Plaza España, very convenient, right on the luxury street and feels very safe (but be sure to note that the nearest subway station does not have an elevator, so be careful when moving boxes)

The service is warm and considerate, the room is comfortable, and outside, it is a Brand shop street. Awesome

The hotel is located in the city center and most of Rome's main attractions can be reached within a 20-minute walk. We stayed for 3 nights in total. The female boss at the front desk was very friendly. She gave us a map and introduced the locations of various attractions as soon as we arrived. The room furnishings are simple and tidy, and slippers and a large number of hair dryers are provided. The breakfast provided by the hotel every day is fresh, rich and delicious. We stayed in Room 1, and when we opened the large window, we had a panoramic view of the noble Italian streets. The only flaw is that the ventilation system is not very good, and the clothes that were hung up after washing were not dry at all after one night.

It's a bit surprising, very clean and comfortable. Although it is a small apartment, it is well-equipped. The room I booked has a 2-meter bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed should also be 1 meter wide, which is very suitable for families with older children! The balcony window can be opened, there is a refrigerator, a safe and a large wardrobe! Special praise for the bathroom, it is very big and spacious! Needless to say about the location, it takes 2 minutes to reach Plaza de España and 20 minutes to the Colosseum!
The service is also great. First of all, the service attitude. The three waiters in succession were all very nice and enthusiastic! The second is the service quality. The room is cleaned every day and is very clean; the breakfast is freshly made and tastes good! We booked two nights because we had to catch an early flight one day and couldn't catch their normal breakfast time (8 o'clock). The little girl helped us prepare the next day's breakfast a day in advance and put it in our room (last picture).

Such a lovely place to stay! I had been in communication with the managers a few days before we arrived in order to schedule a driver and early check-in. They were FANTASTIC! When we arrived they immediately helped us with our bags, offered us water, confirmed reservations, and took care of everything. The place was so clean and very well decorated. It even had real plants!!! We were only there for one night but definitely would stay again and would recommend to others. The location was great, everything was walkable. The room also had a list of recommended, non-touristy restaurants which was so helpful (ate at one and it was one of our favorite meals!!). So happy I stumbled upon this place. Hopefully will be back!

Truly fantastic place. Amazing location, affordable prices, great host, and impressive quality room. Plus coupons for great breakfast in the nearby cafes and not any boring in-hotel breakfast.
