Lovely service! This place was super cozy and the rooms quite spacious and clean. It’s like having your own apartment. Frank is such a wonderful man and very helpful with sorting things out quickly and easily. The elevator is tiny but fits 3 people or 1 person and 2 big luggage. You can easily take the 4 flights of stairs.
The location was great and right on a strip of high end shops, perpendicular to the main shopping road. It’s a 2 min walk to the Spanish steps and 5 mins from the Trevi fountain, around 10 to the pantheon. We took an Uber to the main attractions (eg Vatican, colosseum).

Everything was amazing: location, room, host.
In the center of Rome, close to all the most popular attractions you will find Frank’s accommodation that gives you an amazing view of Rome’s houses in his terrace. Everything was perfect. Thank you Frank’s for your hospitality

This is not a hotel, it is some guys side hustle. No one is there if you need anything and your room is outside the lobby (4 rooms total). You can hear your neighbors as if they were in your room. A positive is you don’t need to set an alarm because you can hear everyone else’s go off in the morning. Location is great.

This is small hotel in the middle of all amazing shops and cafes. It’s also a very short walk to Spanish steps and the fountain. If you walk in any direction you will find an old historic building around this hotel. We are so happy we chose this cute hotel vs going to a big hotel. It’s give you the Luxury feeling but also how is it to
Live in downtown Rome with other locals that live here. Great location ! And great service too. The guy how welcomed us was using WhatsApp to
Make sure when we are coming. He let us check in at 11am. He was ready by 9am but we couldn’t make it on time until 11am. He was messaging me make sure everything is ok

This is an excellent hotel. It felt like an upscale bed and breakfast. The rooms are very clean and modern, the service was superb and the view from the terrace is outstanding. The location is also excellent, within a short walking distance to the Spanish Steps. I would totally stay here again and highly recommend.

Our room quite small but spotlessly clean. Very comfy bed. T.V didnt work at all despite reporting. The manager is very good, does everything and he was so hardworking. Our bathroom was a very tight fit trying to get into the shower the space was so tight.
The location is just the best, minutes from all the major attractions. They organised a car to pick us up and take us back to the airport, competetive rates. Good service..The terrace was very useful for drinks in the evening. Take your own as they dont have a bar.

Very very nice hotel and good service! The mini-suit with the large sun-terrace with view is just lovely!

Jonathan was amazing! We had such a great time staying at this property! The rooms were great and the location was in the heart of everything. We will definitely stay there again when visiting Rome.

Very small rooms, but everything working and clean. Only one employee to do everything. Provide key of the main door, elevator etc. Breakfast very modest. Advantage that is near the Piazza of Spain, Trevi Fountain etc. Very Important: The hotel closes and locks everything from 8 pm to 7 am the next day. So ask the attendant to explain in detail how to enter the hotel in case you have the key lost. Write down the hotel emergency numbers.

Superb. Out of the 7 hotels we stayed this was the best.
