A very nice hotel with a perfect location in the old town. Good breakfast and comfortable rooms. Nice and helpful staff. Close to attractions and restaurants. A hotel that I can really recommend.

Room top bar was awesome. Room was tidy, it was basic for the cost but totally worth it for the location as we walked to both our tours at the Vatican and the Colosseum.

I did receive our bottle of wine the next day only after I asked. Breakfast was originally included when I reserved this room for over 331$ per night. Then Matteo told me breakfast was 15 euro per person, after I read 20 euro per person. Only one cup of coffee Bed blanket was old and fabric pilling. I was grossed out by it, but he was not around for me to get a clean fresh blanket . The bed curtains were dusty and needed to be washed. It was not a VIP room at all!! The body wash was scent of mens fragrance. the dark red old brocade drapery fabric with stains. It was a big disappointment. And it was more expensive than our VIP hotel in Anacapri!

Great property located within 10minutes of almost everything including trevi, castel st angelo, vatican, pantheon, and many dining options. Felt very safe walking around. Matteo was very nice and helpful! Will definitely be back next time in Rome!

Very nice management, hassle free check in and checkout. Rooms were nice and comfortable, central to walk to all the main attractions in Rome. Close to off the beaten path restaurants that had good quality meals.

This was the worst stay of my life. Most amenities they claim to offer are false. There is no deli/coffee bar. There is no room service. There is no laundry -- staff laughed at me because I believed laundry facilities to be on site - I had to walk a couple of blocks away. Also, the rooms are not sound proofed.
