Only choose this room if you like hot stuffy rooms and cold water showers.
Just getting the remote for the A/C was an adventure after a lot of back and forth asking them, but at least we were able to! We stayed for 3 days, but we were with friends that stayed for 5. On none of those 5 days there was more than 30 seconds of lukewarm water, followed by completely cold water.
Asking around, apparently all rooms had the same problem, and they were clearly only stalling every time we asked for a fix.
The only bright sides were that the location was ok (15 min walk to Termini), and the room was clean enough.
It is a "guest house", clearly an apartment that was converted to airbnb style for easy profit.

BAD EXPERIENCE on November 25, 2025. It all started when I was booking a room for November 26, 2025. The lady who answered the phone showed herself to be incompetent in her profession from the very first seconds of the conversation. I asked her if a room was available for that day, and she said yes. She blocked the room for me over the phone and simultaneously sent me their email address on WhatsApp, where I was supposed to write a reservation summary. She also told me she would immediately send me a link to proceed with the payment via instant bank transfer. From 11:00 AM, I waited for their email until 4:00 PM, thinking I was safe and had blocked the room. In the meantime, I sent several WhatsApp messages to understand why I hadn't yet received the link, but no one ever responded. Having not yet received the email with the link, at 4:30 PM I called back to ask for an explanation, but another lady replied that the hotel was full and that I therefore had no reservations. When I explained to the lady the entire conversation I'd had with her colleague that morning, she, instead of apologizing for their mistake, was rude and uncooperative, asserting that there was nothing she could do about what had happened. At 7:00 PM I tried calling the hotel again, and a very kind gentleman answered. He, understanding that his other two colleagues had made a serious mistake, offered me another option: a B&B also managed by them in the Vatican area, even though it was quite far from my area of ​​interest. I accepted this option since it was too late to look for another. I've been booking hotels in Rome for 15 years and have never had an experience like this. NEVER AGAIN, BAD EXPERIENCE.

The worst experience ever with his hotel, I booked for 2 nights, and i prepaid and one day before i asked them if everything was okay and they confirmed. The other day i arrived in Rome, and i decided to write to them to see if everything is ok again, and they told me that room has some problems with the heating system and they have to transfer to another room and it was so far away, i asked how this is possible and they said if you want to cancel you can like it’s nothing, they ruined my vacation!! But thanks to booking they canceled and refund me, and i just found another hotel walking down the streets of Rome, better and cheaper

Poor..Bed carpets,pillows carpets,stained quilt with stains.The hot water ran out and you had to wait almost 4 hours for it to come back on..We couldn't find anyone to communicate with..Too far from the center. .
