The room was small but adequate, a bit old-fashioned but the location was convenient for transport. The breakfast area was nice, but the food itself felt like what you get everywhere in Europe. The front desk staff were warm and helpful, and I noticed quite a few Chinese guests staying here.

To be honest, the hotel is a bit old. It's rare to stay in a place where you still need a physical key to open the door. The key itself is quite heavy and large, making it a little inconvenient to carry around. The soundproofing in the room isn't great; I could still hear kids making a lot of noise upstairs at 1 AM. However, its location is super convenient, very close to the main train station. The neighborhood is a good mix of lively and quiet, and the hygiene was excellent.

The hotel is well-located, and most monuments are within walking distance. The rooms are clean, but there's no kettle or coffee maker. The breakfast is decent, but there aren't many options for those who don't eat ham. No eggs, no fresh juice.

Nice clean hotel very close to termini and good access to transport. Simple room has what you need and is good for people who are going to be out through the day.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome. However, I had an issue with the shower – there was no shower curtain, so water went everywhere, which was quite inconvenient. Other than that, the location near the station was great!

I like more the layout of the room and big lobby,compared to the other Hote I lived near by two days ago. So close to Termini station. Definitely I will revisit next time in Rome.

First impression upon arrival wasn't great. The young lady at the front desk was very cold and unhelpful with information. I didn't see her again after that. The rest of the staff was very kind and always found a solution. The cleanliness was spotless. However, I do think the hotel could use a refresh... despite being clean, there were signs of wear and tear (faucets). Breakfast was decent, though it could have used some eggs (omelet, scrambled, or hard-boiled)... Very good value for money.

The hygiene was good! I was a bit worried after seeing some bad reviews about bugs, but I didn't encounter any issues during my stay.😮 The only thing is that the room was quite a walk; after reaching the third floor, you still had to climb another set of stairs to a mezzanine for some rooms, like a maze. The key was also very heavy. Otherwise, everything else was pretty good.

A very atmospheric and stylish hotel, stayed from August 12-16, 2025, room number 420. The service was communicative, and the housekeeping staff were exemplary, with room cleaning and linen changes every day while we were gone, a huge plus. Accessing the upper floors was easy thanks to the functioning elevators. The air conditioning in the rooms, which worked well even in the extremely high temperatures outside, provided great comfort after a full day of sightseeing. The buffet breakfast was fully adequate. The location was also very good, allowing for quick access to Rome's attractions. I recommend it; it was a very pleasant experience and a place you'll want to return to.
