避坑避雷！！！

This stay was extremely disappointing and, unfortunately, fully confirmed the negative reviews I had seen beforehand.

At first, I thought some of the comments might be exaggerated. However, after checking in, I can say that the issues regarding cleanliness, mold, and poor maintenance are absolutely real. The room had a strong mold smell, with visible mold in multiple areas. The sheets were torn and stained, towels were old and rough, and there was hair on both the carpet and sofa. The overall hygiene was unacceptable and even affected basic comfort.

Maintenance was also poor. The toilet flush did not function properly. After reporting these issues, no effective action was taken, and no room change was offered.

During my stay, I spoke with another guest from Japan who shared a similar experience. He described this as one of the dirtiest hotels he had stayed in, with severe mold problems. He wanted to check out early but could not get a refund, so he had no choice but to stay. He also developed skin rashes, likely due to insect bites.

Noise was another major issue. Almost every night around 3 a.m., people gathered outside and talked loudly, making it impossible to sleep. In the early morning, garbage collection was also extremely noisy.

Other than a slightly convenient location, there is little to recommend.
If you are hesitating after reading negative reviews, I would strongly suggest taking them seriously and choosing another hotel.

原本以为评论有些夸张，但实际入住后发现那些关于「脏乱、发霉、环境差」的描述都是真的。房间一进去就有明显霉味，多处墙面与角落发霉，整体清洁状况非常差。床单破损且有污渍，毛巾老旧粗糙，地毯与沙发上都有明显头发，卫生状况令人无法接受，甚至影响正常休息。

设备维护也很差，马桶冲水存在问题。向前台反映后并未得到实质处理，也没有提供换房方案，整体服务态度偏消极。

入住期间也与其他住客交流，其中一位日本旅客表示这是他住过最脏的酒店之一，房间同样严重发霉。他曾尝试提前退房但无法退款，只能勉强继续入住，期间甚至因疑似虫咬导致身体出现红疹与不适。

此外，噪音问题非常严重。几乎每天凌晨三点楼下都有人聚集大声喧哗，影响睡眠，清晨垃圾车作业声音也非常大，整体环境无法提供基本的休息条件。

除了地点稍微方便之外，几乎没有任何优点。
如果你看到差评在犹豫，我的建议是：请相信那些评论，并选择其他住宿。
