You get what you pay for It is an eternal Truth Yes the location is very central Very near Termini station (Might be less pleasant for some at late night) Yes the crew is friendly But In the end of the day it is a very basic guest house. Remindes Me guesthouses in Asia ...some 3o years ago As your expectations are basic and limited and as long as you are on a budget restrain . This is the place for you.r

Recommended for short stay in Rome
Friendly supporting staff. Small hotel with few rooms.
Great location close to Terminus railway station and within walking distance from downtown and historic areas.
Breakfirst served in the hotel room.

Large and very clean room. Attentive and kind staff. Excellent breakfast. We had a wonderful weekend beyond my expectations. Central and convenient location for getting around by public transport. We will definitely return

We arrived later in the evening, you need to let them know when you will be arriving, so they can have someone let you in. They are on the 4th floor, but there is a small elevator available. Just exit the elevator and it's the first door ahead of you on your left. Md. Rouf let us in and he was VERY helpful to us. He is currently studying to get his Master's in Transportation Engineering.
They provide a breakfast with pastries, yogurt, fruit, etc. and they bring it right to your room in the morning. On the day of check out, we needed to leave our luggage and they graciously accommodated us. Tanvin was super helpful in taking care of everything we needed.
They were all very responsive when we had questions and were very kind and helpful! We will definitely stay here next time we are in Rome!

Other than the location, this was a dreadful place to stay. Our room smelled as if there was a rodent decomposing in the wall or in a corner somewhere and the smell was overwhelming. We were told we were not able to switch rooms. The power was out on our floor for several hours and the one person who was "taking care" of everything would not give us any answers about when the power would come back on, nor could we track him down most of the time. Due to lack of power we were served bread and Nutella for breakfast. We were without Internet and had to be in touch with family members back home. There was power however to the other floors. When wanting to speak to he management, the employee was being evasive and the management would not address any of our concerns. This led us to have to switch hotels. There was no remuneration for our troubles. When you enter Il Sesto Suites, you enter through a huge old door into what it looks like an abandoned building. You have to buzz and if no one is there it could take a while to get in. There were six rooms on the fourth floor. The elevator is big enough for one person. It as if this is an old abandoned warehouse. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. When booking there was no way to know this until we got there. They don't show pictures of the rest of the building on this website. I would NOT recommend this to anyone. Two weeks later we are still waiting for the owner to return our calls and address our concerns.

Good place. Close to all main attractions and train station. Recently renovated and quite clean. The staff are helpful and professional. The only negative I felt is that since it's close to the tram line so whenever a tram passes it creates noise and disturbing vibration. No tram in night so it's fine.

Well for me it’s an excellent place to stay as a tourist because it’s located in heart of Rome . I’ve visited Colosseum, pizza Venezia, Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain and some more places by walking. I’ve found different types of restaurants just in front of this building. Overall I loved it. I would recommend this place to the tourists to make their your more easy and comfortable.

The good things are the spacious room, location, elevator and helpful staff. We could arrive it about 10min from termini.
But the room was far from our expectation. Very different from the room picture on internet. Not really clean and old furniture. We even found used tissue in the drawer!!! I am so surprised that no comment mentioned about these problems in here.
I have to say the accommodation in Sesto made our Rome trip unpleasant.
