- Price, this is not actual hotel, but just flat equipped to hotel rooms (master keys for entrance). The idea is that you have small room and the owner make you breakfast by himself literally when you woke up (this is a bit uncomfortable). Also you have 4 keys for the apartment (three doors and one elevator door). Breakfast is poor (meager). For this price you should find something else

100% recommended. Il Tesoro has a great location, just outside the hotel you can find the metro. Giordano was our host and he was amazing. The room was large, clean and pretty. AC and breakfast included. They even provide printing services for free. We were able to leave our luggage after check out, to go to a tour. Without a doubt I would return here.

Great experience, in a clean room. Very helpful host couple, who also allowed us to use the room the whole day of departure due to a late flight and as the room was only booked the following day. Location is optimal within walking distance to all experiences. We will definitely come again!

Great location for Vatican city and right outside the metro so easy to get to other tourist attractions. Host is very welcoming and the room, food and general cleanliness of the place is excellent. Would definitely recommend!!
