Elegance Mini-hotel

Zero stars!! Booked 3 months in advance, we were unable to stay at the property because half an hour before our arrival they canceled our reservation, causing us considerable inconvenience. We tried to contact the managers several times, but received no response. It is likely that they sold our room to other people at a higher price given the influx of tourists in those days for the Maneskin concert.
Terrible!!!

If I could I would give it a zero.

Check-in ends at 9:00 p.m., and our flight was delayed, arriving at Rome airport at 8:00 p.m. We wrote to him through the Booking chat at 8:40 p.m. telling him that we would arrive a little later, but we did not receive a response.

At 9:15 p.m. we were at the door of the hotel, and they didn't open the door for us. Call us on the phone number they have, and a woman answers it. He tells us that it is closed, that it is not his problem, and hangs up the phone on us.

The next three calls, she hangs up on us without being able to speak to her.

I don't know how the hotel will be, and I can even admit that if the norm is to check in before 9:00 p.m., they may be right.

What cannot be accepted is that they do not answer you, that they hang up on you, that they do not offer you a solution, or that they do not even help you. If they can't go to open the hotel (many hotels charge for this service if you go after hours) they could at least help you find a solution.

Hanging up the phone and leaving you without a hotel in Rome shows the type of person/business they are.

Obviously we spoke with Booking and canceled the rest of the days. Maybe it compensated them and they rented more, but they weren't going to keep our money.

Unfortunately, I got the impression that this hotel either does not exist at all, or its administration is very dishonest. I don't recommend booking anything there. My experience was very negative (((
