I enjoyed my stay. All employees were friendly and welcoming. I arrived early, a possible miscommunication via email because I speak no Italian. I was given a room immediately, with an upgrade in size. It was clean and comfortable. I did find the mattress too firm for my preference. There was no breakfast included but I did not mind. As others have said, there are stairs and a tiny elevator, all which made me like the place more, it was old and authentic, very nice.

Good hotel with clean rooms, conveniently located near the train, metro, and bus stations. Nice staff. Please note, the elevator is very small, so you may need to carry your luggage up to the third floor.

We , my husband and I, stayed for 4 days. The ladies were good, and one of them did speak English. The office manager was a nice gentleman who was professional and gave us proper directions about the place.
The lift was small, which was okay for us.
The big minus was the noise coming from the other rooms even after late night.
I can recommend to people who are looking for cheaper prices also the train and bus stations are nearby .
We need to enjoy the beauty of the ancient place rather than showing frustration about little discomforts.

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The towels were freshly laundered. Hotel toiletries were provided in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. There was a very nice view of the evening street. We stayed at the hotel for two nights, and on the second day, during our absence, to our surprise, the entire room was cleaned, the towels were replaced, and the cookies were replenished. A kettle, tea, hairdryer, and fridge were available. The location is a 5-minute walk from Termini. The only downside was that the shower cabin door was hard to move. Overall, good value for money.

Single room functional with clean shower room, comfortable bed and working air con. You get keys giving access to room, landing and downstairs so you can come and go as you please housekeeping was good bed made and fresh towels. Shower was good pressure. A stone's throw from Main Rail station. Coffee cafes and restaurants in local area

1- The room was not bad , creepy I think.
2- The room has air conditioner.
3-The location is very good, 3-5 minutes walking to Roma termini main train station.
4-The wifi was very bad , almost no connection.
5- Cheap price
6- The elevator is very small , if one person has wide shoulder he cannot stand there.The hotel on third floor, the elevator is too small for baggage.

The staff was really friendly. The hotel was comfortable and well placed (despite being in a 3rd floor). The only downside was that the air conditioner was a bit weak.

Really a nice (basic) hotel in a great location close to the Terministation. The rooms are good with airco and a fridge. Good WI-fi in the room. Very clean and plenty of towels. Great sturdy bed. A lot of dining options in the vicinity. On the street is very lively. If you directly through the website of the hotel is the free breakfast. This breakfast do you get at a coffee shop "OLA" called, close to the hotel. Next time in Rome I book this hotel again, a must!

Unacceptable, dirty room, broken toilet, the photos do not respond to reality. Had no hot water, terrible soundproofing. There was always staff in the lobby. I wouldn't recommend it to someone

The hotel is cozy. One of the shifts has a Russian-speaking administrator. Funny lift very small, the macroscopic room has air conditioning. We lived in a room with a window to the yard, plus it's quiet, minus is the smell of fried food from the restaurant on the ground floor. The location is super, in Rome, all the traffic goes through when the station square is very convenient. Lived 4 days
