The location is close to the train station which makes it ideal if you need to travel. There are many restaurants around. The room was small and quite basic but the bed was comfortable and it was very clean, so if you are looking for staying one or two nights it is ideal. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Hotel Magic is on the 3rd and 4th floors of a building accommodating at least one other hotel. They don't serve breakfast or have any dining room, but as it is so close to Termini station and its cafes and bars, this isn't a problem. I checked in early and they let me drop my bag. My room was fine - comfortable, with a good shower, TV and WiFi. It's a perfectly serviceable budget hotel and if you're going to be spending your time exploring Rome, it's a very good base.

The hotel is clean and cozy. It's located across the street from the train station. The reception staff was very friendly. After checkout, we were allowed to leave our luggage in a special room, and then, after returning from our walk, we spent the entire evening sitting there on a soft sofa, using the internet and the restroom.
The only minor drawback is that there's no kettle or cups in the room for a warm drink, like tea or coffee.

I enjoyed my stay. All employees were friendly and welcoming. I arrived early, a possible miscommunication via email because I speak no Italian. I was given a room immediately, with an upgrade in size. It was clean and comfortable. I did find the mattress too firm for my preference. There was no breakfast included but I did not mind. As others have said, there are stairs and a tiny elevator, all which made me like the place more, it was old and authentic, very nice.

The location near central station and the outskirts of the building means cheap stay But when you enter the hotel itself (only few rooms on the third floor of the building) you fond a very kind and friendly receptionist, a very clean and quiet hotel. Rooms are indeed small, but the cleanliness and quiet - compensate The vicinity to the central station is a great advantage for transportation and food

The rooms were clean however, the photos posted online does not look like the room and it was a bit misleading.

Good hotel with clean rooms, conveniently located near the train, metro, and bus stations. Nice staff. Please note, the elevator is very small, so you may need to carry your luggage up to the third floor.

Very simple place but so clean and quite and the lady is so nice

Very good location, bit noisy street. The staff was wery helpful, always smiling. Every day cleaned room, fresh towels. The breakfast served in the next street in a small bar and it was too simple, book room withouth it (if possible). The smallest elevator I've ever seen :-). Would go back again, full service for small price. Spent 5 night in double room.
