Very mediocre experience. Ok front desk, marginal room, $25 charge per night for destination fee. Suppose to reimburse $15 per day for charges. Never saw the credit in the bill and front desk could not explain where the credit is. Had two rooms. Its a three-day process to get the second bill as this was never emailed to me. Invoice was not available online. Bridge construction right outside the door making it difficult to reach the hotel. Just not worth much more commentary. Not a very special experience and under par for Marriott.

Best place to stay.room is big enough to fit family size. Shower has hot and cold water . Place is near the terminal which is a plus .lots of restos to eat at.place is safe Better to book early or you'll have. To risk walk in .since this hotel tends to have. Fully booked even on low seasons

Nice if you don't mind the heat
The room was nice but the air conditioning unit was woefully inadequate for the room. We sweltered all night and had to open the window to let in air.

Small but welcoming room, very kind and super helpful staff. Bathroom small but clean and equipped with everything. There was both an air conditioner and a television in the room. Convenient because it is close to the station, shame about the area not being too quiet.

Close to Termini station, the neighborhood is not idyllic and even the first impression may not be good BUT... check-in is fast (checkout even more so). Possibility of checking in until late. Friendly and kind staff. Stayed for one night in room no. 9 next to the reception. Safe and quiet place. Silent. Clean room and bathroom (I also checked the sheets and mattress... Both clean). Towels, (clean) TV, phone and WiFi. Excellent value for money. If you need to be close to the station it's perfect.

Can’t say I can recommend the place. Booked the Adora suite for 4 people and when we were checking in we got told that we had to walk to another location as the rooms weren’t there they were in another place which was weird. We arrived in the room and the sink was clogged up and the water wasn’t going down. There was no hand liquid soap to wash our hands, and the idea of body and hair wash packets weren’t really helpful either. We asked for liquid soap to wash our hands and we didn’t get it either. The room small and literally had two single beds placed beside it that weren’t comfortable. On top of that it wasn’t even acceptable for the price paid. Disappointed in all honesty.

We booked a room in hotel Chicago but when we arrived the receptionist said us that we will have room in different location, far from there of two intersections... The Adora Suite. The staff in the Adora is nice. But the room, I can't recommend. It is quite cheap and close to Termini, but in rather bad neighbourhood. The room was quite clean but stinky, especially when someone in next room smoked.

If your idea is to use this hotel only to sleep and leave next mornig after breakfast, it's very good! Good price. Our room was nice, it looked exactly like the pictures we saw when we booked it. It's realy close to termini station, which is great for transportation. Simple but good breakfast. The only problem is they don't have any place to leave your baggage before check-out, but in termini you can do it for €6 a few hours.

Small, charming hotel in the heart of Rome, the hotel has rooms perfect for those who want to stop in the center of the city without spending a fortune. The staff is friendly and helpful, offered me information I need showing courtesy is increasingly rare. The council not only to those who are in Rome for a stay of pleasure, but also for those who travel for work, which, here, must not renounce to comforts and services.
