This hotel is in a prime location close to main attractions , restaurants, shops, and cafes. The hotel is very clean , spacious rooms with Air conditioning/Heat , hot water , nice bathrooms/showers. The bed mattresses are extremely comfortable which is important for good rest and sleep. Roberto and Antonella are great hosts very helpful and provide a transport service as well for a great price. This is my second time staying at Hotel Chambres in Rome with family and is a quiet private place to get rest and within minutes walking you have everything close by. Thank you and see you soon.

Small but comfortable rooms. Warm and friendly staff. Excellent location near the Vatican. Excellent restaurants near by. All within walking distance.

The staff are deeply welcoming and kind. The location is very convenient, being only 10 minutes away from the Vatican and the Vatican Museums. I had a wonderful and comfortable stay.

My stay at Hotel Les Chambres d’Or was outstanding. Roberto warmly welcomed me upon arrival, and Antonella ensured that every detail of my stay was thoughtfully handled. The hotel’s location in the heart of the old town near Vatican City is ideal, and the unique layout across several historic buildings reflects Rome’s preservation codes rather than being a drawback. Despite reading prior comments about street noise or construction, I experienced none of that — my stay was smooth, comfortable, and exceptionally well managed. I truly appreciated the personal attention and professionalism, and I would gladly stay here again.

So my flight got canceled and the only other available flights were 2700$ US each for the three of us. I asked 4 days before my reservation if they could refund me. They said they can't. Ash Wednesday is next week, they will have no problem booking it that close to the Vatican. Simply no compassion or sense or right and wrong. They only care about the dollar and nothing for their guests. If you have an issue they will not care. I attached a screen shot of the full conversation after I called them and they told me the same thing. UPDATE**** they knew I asked to cancel and tried to charge me a no show fee. I'm not paying it see the screen shot.

Amazing location close to the Vatican. Check in was easy and the bed was comfortable.

It was basically different from the pictures. After we arrived at the place, the boss took us to another place. It felt like a few rooms separated from a private house. The hygiene was very average. There were obvious stains on the sheets. However, it was only 5 minutes away from the Vatican and the location was very good.

We were very happy with the room. It was sufficient for us as a couple. Sometimes it got a bit stuffy in the room, but you could open the window, which also faced an inner courtyard, so it wasn't too noisy. We were able to check in early, which was great.
