Excellent location, facilities are in line with the price, and the service is good; they let you shower or store your luggage after check-out if needed.

The staff was friendly and the coffee machine good. The beds were made every day, but the towels were changed every two days. No cockroaches, but the room was not clean at all.

It's all horrible, apart from the proximity to the station it's to be excluded for everything, from the cleanliness to the rest.......if you can find something else

The only positive thing is the proximity to the station; for everything else, there's little to rate. Hygiene was "0"; the bathroom was full of cockroaches and smelled like a sewer. The breakfast room had a dirty bread bin and the tablecloths needed changing. We stayed 3 nights and they didn't change anything (sheets and towels) even though they were dirty. Breakfast was stale, the bread was stale, and the coffee was disgusting.

Very convenient location near Termini Station, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Otherwise, it's a disaster, absolutely not up to par. The air conditioning and fan don't work, the wool mattresses are sagging and extremely hot, and the pillows are very thin. The room is so narrow you can barely get in. The double room is supposedly for two people. There's only one outlet in the room, the other in the bathroom on the toilet. The shower door is completely broken. The bathroom doesn't have a flush, just a tiny faucet. The street below is filled with shouting, fighting, and arguments until 4 a.m. I adapt and, in fact, always try to save money because I only need to sleep here and I'm really happy with very little, but a place like this is scary. If you can afford a little more, avoid this dump.

Very bad hotel. Not a single clean towel in a week. Room was not cleaned. Fire safety is not in order. Staff does not speak Italian or English. Renovations were taking place, plaster walls were placed in the hallway. A hole was made in the floor that kept getting bigger.

Arrival...before you try to shower,no hot water...the mark,they tell me that they have solved,the following morning I repeated the experience a nice ice-cold shower,breakfast in walking distance,the room is a closet... Never more

Simple Hotel, but close to the city centre and very friendly staff. For the category a surprisingly good and filling Breakfast. At night it is rather noisy, but that is not to be expected in a city centre hotel. Price-performance ratio fits.

The room was okay for 4 students, however the shower really could use some cleaning, as well as the heater. The bed was all right, and also the room cleaning was great. All in all a decent room, if you dont mind the looks

According to another hotel in the building, the owner died 2-3 months ago. I arrived at the hotel at 1130AM and 4PM and it was still closed. I highly recommend not trying this hotel.
