The staff were all very kind and helpful. The location is excellent, right next to Termini Station. However, the shower stall is too small, and the shower door was broken. It's fine if you just need a place to sleep.

Facilities: Old and small rooms, but they have everything you need.

Cleanliness: Old hotel, newly renovated. Cleanliness is acceptable.

Environment: Near the train station. A few minutes' walk. Many restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby.

Service: The staff are very friendly.

Overall the room is really small. But with this price you can't expect more. The good thing is the location is very near to Roma Termini Train Station.

This hotel is in a great location if you're arriving by train in Rome, a 5-minute walk from the station. However, because it's so close to the station, the downstairs area felt a bit messy! The room was small, which is to be expected given the reasonable price, but the bathroom was incredibly small! If you're on a budget, this is a good option; otherwise, consider another hotel.
The staff were very friendly, though, and that was probably their only positive point.

It's easy to find, right outside Termini Station. Reception is on the first floor and there's an elevator. The room was a bit small and uncomfortable, perhaps a little remodeling would have been helpful. They provide towels and liquid soap. The bathroom wasn't that great. We ended up with three people. That room only comes with a "double bed!" The other bed has been added for an extra charge.

They are amazing, always someone there to help. Speaks great English. Willing to do more to help you. But just know that it’s a bit old and hard to find at first. Go to the elevator and click 1st floor

Very good location on a very affordable price, 2 mins walk to train station. 15 mins away to vatican via metro for €1.50 one way, walking to all attractions.
They also accept baggage drop for free, management are all very accomodating and friendly. Highly recommended.

An excellent hotel experience! The front desk staff were warm and sincere. Knowing it was my first time traveling alone to Rome, they provided me with a detailed sightseeing itinerary. The hotel service was very attentive and available 24 hours a day, making it very convenient and safe to come and go! The hotel location is very close to the train station, metro, and bus stops, which made transportation easy. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops right downstairs. In addition, the breakfast cakes were delicious — highly recommended! This is a wonderful hotel, and I’m truly grateful for the beautiful memories I had in Rome thanks to it.

The hotel is perfectly located if you want to be close to the station. The room is ok, the bathroom small. Overall, it was a good choice for my trip. There are many bars and restaurants in the neighborhood, so it's impossible to starve even arriving late in the night. However, they are mostly low quality places, with some notable exceptions that you can easily find in Google maps. Beware of pickpockets, the area is not very safe at night.
