I want to share my recent experience at this hotel, and I urge you to reconsider your choice when booking your stay.

Upon arrival, I was met with an unwelcoming attitude as I was yelled at to move my vehicle to accommodate a bus. After finally checking in, I received a key card that failed to open my room door, forcing me to lug my luggage back to the front desk for a replacement.

Once I entered my room, I was greeted by an unpleasant musty odor from the old carpet, and the peeling wallpaper and stained carpets only added to the sense of neglect. To make matters worse, I discovered pigeon droppings dripping down the wall of the balcony. The swimming pool area, which should be a relaxing oasis, was overrun by pigeons, leaving no place for guests to sit and enjoy the space.

While I had hoped the bed would provide some comfort, it turned out to be a painful experience. I spent the night wondering if I was actually sleeping on a box spring. It's now 6 AM, and I've requested maintenance to address these issues, but it’s clear that this hotel is failing to meet even the most basic standards.

This establishment seems more suited for corporate functions looking to cut costs rather than providing a comfortable and welcoming experience for guests. I strongly encourage you to think twice before booking your stay here. You deserve better!

Extremely uncomfortable stay – Rude staff and poor hygiene Rating: 1/5 Stars I would strongly advise Muslim travelers, especially women who wear the hijab, to avoid this hotel. We booked this stay specifically for the swimming facilities, but the experience was incredibly uncomfortable. The staff were blatantly rude; they stared and laughed at the girls in our group, making us feel completely unwelcome and judged. Beyond the hostile atmosphere, the service was non-existent. The front desk provided no help at all. To make matters worse, the rooms were in horrible condition and had a very bad odor. We paid for breakfast, but the behavior of the staff made it impossible to enjoy. It is rare to feel this disrespected at a hotel. If you value a welcoming environment and basic cleanliness, look elsewhere.

Absolutely unacceptable — 0/10. The room was ridiculously small with no space even for my luggage, extremely uncomfortable, and the service was terrible. Room service opened my door in the morning without knocking or permission — a shocking violation of privacy. Staff showed zero professionalism or basic manners. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Do NOT recommend this hotel at

The hotel is large and has many rooms. However, my room, except for the balcony, was so small that there was no place to put my luggage, which was inconvenient. First of all, there was no kettle in the room, so I couldn't even have hot water. This is the first hotel I've stayed in that didn't have a refrigerator. The bedsheets looked like they hadn't been washed in a long time, and there were no extra pillows. I was very surprised to find bugs on the bed. Also, I had to move the bed to find an outlet to plug in my charger (for 120V). This was the worst hotel I've stayed in recently. The breakfast was okay, though there were no salads, but there were many types of bread. However, if anyone asked me about this hotel, I would tell them to either upgrade their room or absolutely not go there.

The entrance of the Hotel and the food it’s great. But the rooms need lots of care. Flickering lights, water damage stains on the ceiling, stained carpets. Some rooms the AC does not work. They said it’s off because of the Winter months so electricity is not wasted, but my friends stayed in another room and their AC worked fine. Some rooms have broken outlets and bathtubs have mold.

We recently had to cancel our trip due to a serious and documented medical emergency. My wife, who is six months pregnant, was advised by her doctor not to travel. Despite sharing all medical documents and explaining the situation with full transparency, the hotel unfortunately declined to offer any flexibility — not even a date change, partial refund, or voucher. I am sharing this experience so that others facing unexpected medical situations know what to expect. I truly hope that hospitality standards everywhere can show more empathy in such moments.

This Hotel looks really nice as you enter. The lobby was bright and stylish. For this Hotel to improve it would be helpful to explain the room numbers more. It was confusing the first night. Also I observed that our bathroom had mold around the tub. I understand this is a large building and this may be hard to stay on top of. But if there was a way to address this issue it would good. Placing some type of ventilation system in the bathrooms.
Also finding the dinning area. If signs were posted that would be an asset as well. It can be hard to keep up with high demand but those are this that would improve the quality of the stay at this hotel. Lastly encourage staff to smile more and have empathy. This huge Hotel is different for many and a warm pure smile and helping heart goes a long way with all people.
Thank you.

We were with 1000 people with The Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulcher of Jerusalem staying at this hotel. Check-in was a nightmare as they didn't have enough staff to help us and they turned out to be rude. There was only ONE IRON FOR THE ENTIRE HOTEL TO USE ! They closed the only restaurant one evening and we were forced to eat sandwiches from the bar with the rude bartenders. The hotel breakfast had POWDERED EGGS AND UNCOOKED BACON ! Find someplace else to stay.

Very sadly, like all reviews on this hotel, I must agree with them. The front and hotel foyer are very deceiving. The staff are generally unhelpful, impolite and brusque. Walk out of the lifts and you are met with very badly stained carpets. My room was large but had wallpaper peeling, no hangers in the wardrobe, WiFi didn’t reach the room and I relied on 4G for the 6 nights staying there. The shower was over the bath which was a hazard for the size of the bath and no handrails. No tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel bar, situated in the foyer, is tiny compared to the huge size of the hotel. I stayed there when 3 very large Conferences were taking place with many hundreds of people. There was no way of getting to the bar. Restaurants out of bounds and the only food available was to buy a sandwich at the bar but if only if you were lucky enough to reach the bar for the number of people around it. It was not a pleasant stay. I really don’t understand how it can be rated a 4 Star hotel with the amount of issues it has. Will never stay there again!

In all my years of travel, I have never stayed in a worse hotel. While the lobby looks nice enough, the hallways and rooms are beyond seedy: raveled and stained carpet, peeling wallpaper, unclean bathrooms, and no amenities beyond a couple bottles of shampoo and two tiny bars of soap. No Kleenex, no vanity, no dresser in which to store clothes. The pool was occupied by hundreds of screaming birds who set off alarms every few minutes, making for a miserable sound experience. The included buffet breakfast was inedible with powdered and runny scrambled eggs, instant coffee machines, and tables crowded too closely for comfort. As if all this weren’t enough, it’s away from everything important to Rome, necessitating expensive cab rides. I was relieved to say “arrevederci” to this dump. Instead of a makeover, it needs to be bulldozed and replaced.
