HiSuiteROME in Rome

Really wonderful place to stay for a family holiday in Rome! Massive apartments right in the mix for the historic centre, but just far enough away that you don't feel like you're constantly in the tourist scrum (public transport in Rome is so horrendous that you don't want to stay too far out!). The hosts were really great, giving us loads of great local restaurants, bars, tips etc so we always had lovely meals nearby (La Moretta our personal fav, but all the recommendations we tried were good). They were also available on Whats Ap throughout, from booking through to payment and then throughout the stay. Lovely people!

The apartments are spread across a couple of sites on the same street. Ours was massive and had lovely comfortable beds, big bathrooms and loads of space for a family of four. The block seemed to be a mix of residential and tourists, but it was very secure and everyone was very friendly. The kitchen was also great for making breakfast etc.

Only slight negatives were the external noise (lots of refuse collection, church bells, drunks etc to occasionally break your sleep!), and the rooms were very dark. But both are purely a product of staying in the tightly packed central area which, given how bad the metro/buses are (didn't even see a tram - do they still exist?!), is much the best option in Rome. Also would advise using rank/Uber over the hotel cab firm - it is half the price.

Amazing stay! Mike was incredibly attentive from the moment we booked until we arrived. He shared great location tips, restaurant suggestions, and helpful info that made our trip so much easier. Excellent service and a perfect experience overall!

An excellent place to stay for a visit to Rome. Spacious well appointed accommodation, hosts/staff very friendly with a "where to go" brief on arrival. Location is perfectly placed for all sightseeing, places to eat and drink with easy access to transportation.

Great location, a "ski in ski out" experience where family could come and go during the day as needed. hiSuite was superior in communication before giving all information needed in a comforting way.

Reception arrangements were excellent, the staff were obliging and helpful throughout, our rooms were first rate and there were shops and excellent restaurants nearby. We would happily return to HiSuiteRome and will recommend it to friends and family. Arrivederci!

Such an amazing and convenient place to stay while in Rome! Our bus dropped us off in the wrong place and one of the guys who worked there came to get us, carried bags and helped us make our way to the suites. The location is extremely convenient for exploring the city, grabbing a quick bite to eat or a night out. We were on a trip with 16 people, so 4 suites worked out perfectly and comfortably for our large group. We traveled with an infant and the staff made sure a clean and up to date pack n' play was ready and waiting for us in our room. A few of the suites are just one step down onto the street which made traveling with a baby in the stroller very convenient. Definitely book here if you're looking for a place to stay in Rome!

We had a great stay here. Located very close to piazza navona. Lots of restaurants close the the hotel. Check in process was seamless. The front desk people are very friendly and helpful. They helped arrange transportation to and from the airport.
Rooms are spacious with plenty of space for families.

Julia was so helpful with getting everything set up and learning about the city. Made our life so easy.

Excellent, Clean location. Close to site seeing. Many restaurants to choose from. Everything was within walking distance. Make sure no heels. Giulia was fantastic. She arranged our transportation to and from Hi Suite Rome. Mike was our original contact who made sure we had all we needed before arriving. We would definitely book here again. Great Stay
Our stay was very nice. The location was perfect. Lots of restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Staff was great and helped with getting transfers from the train station and to the airport. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
