Disappointing experience.
In the 3 nights we spent ("Diamond" room) we could not sleep due to the constant noise from the neighboring apartment and from the other guests (not even a minimum soundproofing).
On the other hand, the shower did not have enough hot water and the shower head kept falling off.
Finally, the breakfast is scarce and of poor quality.
TL;DR: NOT RECOMMENDED.

First time visitor to Rome (and Italy). This B&B was recommended to me by a friend that stayed there in 2016. Very convenient location. Just a few blocks from Vatican city, city buses, and Urban Rail station. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
Emilia, our host, was most accommodating. She went beyond our expectations and helped us with some of our travel arrangements.
The apartment we had, had 3 bedrooms each with a private bathroom. There is a shared kitchen well stocked with breakfast foods and an espresso/cappuccino machine was fantastic!
We were a party of three and early on reserved all three bedrooms so we each had a separate bedroom / bathroom. This was a very nice arrangement that gave each of us our space.
I really felt at home and would not hesitate to stay again when I return to Rome.

Very comfortable, refreshing air, however small
Great place next to the Vatican, you can hear the church bells every morning. The folks that host the place, make it feel like home. Fresh pastries and espresso every morning.
