We had some of our party become unwell on a school trip, requiring some of us to stay behind. The staff were incredibly supportive and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Simon, Giovanni, Roberto, Fabrizio and Flavian, thank you so much. You made what could have been a difficult time, as easy as possible!

Having had our flight cancelled from Pisa we ended up in Rome for the night and when we arrived at the hotel the staff (Simon) were so welcoming and could not do more for us, we even got upgraded to a bigger room. He was very helpful with taxi information for our journey to the airport the next morning and even though breakfast was being served after we were due to leave we were still able to grab some croissants for our journey. We will definitely book this hotel when we return to Rome, it was perfectly located. Thank you once again

A Place to Feel at Home – I’ll Be Back! This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again, it was absolutely wonderful. The entire team is not only incredibly friendly, attentive, and empathetic, but also full of positive energy and a great sense of humor. You can truly feel that they enjoy what they do – and it shows in every interaction. Their language skills are impressive, and communication is always smooth and welcoming. The atmosphere is warm, well-organized, and thoughtfully managed. I felt completely at ease and genuinely cared for. I’m already looking forward to my next visit – thank you for making every stay so special!

Positive comments -very close to Rimini bus station -100 meters away is the metro entrance -breakfast is good in terms of price/benefit -croissant is great -coffee service is available Negative comments -it seems like paper is used instead of walls between the rooms. You can hear the sounds in the next room 100% -bathroom accessories are very insufficient -stay away from single rooms because the rooms are so small that you can be negatively affected psychologically

The hotel was an excellent and quiet place to stay. One of its greatest advantages was its convenient location, just a five-minute walk from the city center. The rooms were cleaned daily, ensuring a spotless and comfortable environment throughout my stay. The staff were multilingual and extremely warm and welcoming, always ready to assist. A special thanks to the lovely Simone, who was incredibly helpful on my first day, guiding me through the process of getting around and exploring the attractions of Rome. Her support made my experience truly memorable.

It was too loud here. No sound isolation whatsoever. We could hear the staff and guests just walking all night and also there were toilets right by our window, so anytime anyone would visit it we could hear it very clearly :(
Even now as I'm writing this a few minutes before checkout there's constantly some banging in the hallway

I have found everything wonderful! The host Fabrizio and the staff (reception, breakfast, rooms), were all very nice and helpful! The hotel was close to public transportation, in a central position! I would recommend it to everyone, who wants to visit Rome and have "value for money"! I will return for sure! PANOS

Everything about the hotel was great, especially the location, which was 5 minutes from the city center (Termini). The rooms were very clean and tidy, and the breakfast was good and complete. The staff was excellent, with perfect English and warm hospitality (Especially Simone), who helped me a lot, especially on the first day.

Worst ever hotel experience! The staff are super cowards and all they want is to make customers fool. Came as a couple to feel heart of Rome considering closer to station but the experience inside is very different. I feel the 5 star ratings are out by themselves. Be aware!!

“Worst Hotel Experience in Italy! Inconsistent and Disappointing – A Warning to Future Guests”

My stay at this hotel in Rome was, without question, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the staff were more focused on business than on hospitality, treating guests as transactions rather than people. I tried to pay directly than through third part booking sites but that’s the mistake I made. They repeatedly used unclear language to manipulate situations and seemed to prioritize profit over ethics or guest satisfaction. They fooled us on the name of trust.

I stayed at this hotel twice in the same week, and the difference between the two experiences was shocking. During my first stay, I was given a decent room, and the staff member who assisted me was helpful and polite. However, on my second stay, things couldn’t have been more different.

When I returned, I was met by a group of staff at reception who seemed intent on creating confusion rather than helping. Their behavior was so confrontational, and they even seemed to be working together to pressure and mislead me. I made the mistake of trusting them and paid for the room before seeing it. But when I finally saw what I paid, I was taken aback.

Be cautious if they ask you to sign anything; I learned the hard way to read every detail, as they aren’t transparent. They also insisted on payment before I had the chance to see the room, and when I finally did, I was shocked. The room was cramped, poorly ventilated, and uncomfortable. The water temperature in the bathroom was impossible to manage—either scalding hot or freezing cold, with no in-between.

The most upsetting part was the attitude of the staff. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and downright unkind, especially toward women. I felt as though they had no empathy and were more than willing to play with guest’s emotions. This experience was so distressing that I’ll never consider staying here again or recommending it to anyone.

If you value comfort, respect, and transparency, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere.
