From the moment we stepped in to the hotel to the time we left two days later, our every need was met. Signor Marco greeted us, filled us in on where to go for dinner, arranged our ride to the airport, and even arranged for us to get a quick breakfast before the dining room opened because we had an early flight. The room was tiny but well appointed. The location can’t be beat!

The hotel staff were very friendly, but aside from the location, the cleanliness, breakfast, room size, and amenities were all poor. Even considering the high cost of living, the facilities were incredibly inconvenient for a hotel costing around 550,000 won per night.

The hotel is exquisite and small. We stayed on the third floor. The elevator only goes to the second floor. The handsome guy at the front desk helped us to go up. The service attitude was very good. In particular, there was an older man at the front desk who patiently helped to contact the airport shuttle and greeted us warmly every day when we entered and exited. I think this hotel is the most welcoming and warmest hotel I have stayed in during my trip to Europe.

The elevator only goes to the 2nd floor, and the 3rd floor requires stairs, but the staff are very friendly and helped to carry the luggage from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor. The location is excellent, and you can walk to attractions such as the Trevi Fountain. The environment is clean

The bathroom is too small and it is very inconvenient to use! It is difficult to take a shower!

The location is great, right near Plaza España, within easy walking distance of all the major attractions! There are also many popular online stores nearby, making it easy to shop.
The front desk clerk was incredibly welcoming! Absolutely wonderful!!! Probably the best receptionist I've encountered on this trip!
The breakfast was family-style, though the variety wasn't very varied.
The room was certainly small, but clean. There was a safe for valuables, but the soundproofing in this old building wasn't great.
Due to traffic restrictions, some cars can't enter the area, so be aware if you're traveling with a Chinese airport shuttle. The front desk can help you call a taxi to the airport!
