Great location, walkable to many main tourist sites. Rooftop bar with great view of city. Breakfast was good with a good selection. Rooms spacious and clean. Would recommend.

The location is central, making it convenient to get around; most attractions are within walking distance. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was too limited, the fruit wasn't fresh, and the pineapple was rotten. There was blood on the pillow in the room; we don't like using pillows, so we didn't use any for three nights, but only discovered the bloodstains on the day we left.

The hotel reception is on the second floor, and the rooms are on the sixth floor. The rooms are a bit small; my suitcase was almost blocking the way when it was open. It was a little inconvenient to walk from the train station to the hotel with my suitcase.

The room was small, but the location was excellent, and it was clean and tidy. The rooftop bar coffee was good; it was a very pleasant place to have breakfast at a leisurely pace in the morning. Recommended.

Lovely stay at Triviho Hotel. Location is relatively close to main tourist attractions, distance is walkable. The hotel reception is located on Level 1 of the building but there is lift access. You can only access the hotel with a PIN code at night as it is a secured building so we liked that added security. Rooms were modern, clean, spacious and well equipped with necessary amenities.

Hotel staff are really helpful and friendly. Also, enjoyed a nice breakfast spread in the morning.

Beautiful hotel in a prime location. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The spacious rooms boasted a gorgeous design.
However, there were a few drawbacks. The lack of water restocking in the room was inconvenient, especially given Rome's hot weather. Additionally, the buffet breakfast was limited and the dining area was cramped. The ground floor security staff were unfortunately rude and unhelpful when we tried to locate the hotel reception. A clear sign indicating the reception's location within the lifts would be beneficial, as the hotel is situated in a building with other businesses.
Furthermore, the rooms were not soundproof, and we could hear noise from the corridor. The air conditioning in our room malfunctioned, and despite notifying the staff, the issue remained unresolved. The floor lights also did not switch off completely, making it difficult to sleep in the already hot room.
Overall, this is a relatively new hotel with a few teething problems that I believe will be addressed in the future. If you're seeking a centrally located hotel in Rome, I would still consider staying here.
