The receptionist was very nice and the service was excellent. I was able to borrow a charger and there was water and snacks, so I'm glad I chose this place.

The room was kept very clean with clean towels providedevery day.
The reception staff were very kind helpful providing us with all the information we needed down to booking our airport transfers. He is an asset to the company.
Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub facility after a long day of walking/exploring this magnificent city.
Therefore we will rebook this accomodation when we next return

Perfect location, next to metro and lots of restaurants nearby. Close to Vatican. Rooms and facilities are a little updated but need more to be maintained. Curtains should be washed, replaced, or totally removed. It was good they provided natural water and carbonated water, coffee machine and coffee. Staffs were very nice and helpful.

The shower is blocked so when u shower you would need to turn off the tap wait for a few minutes until the water is gone then turn on the tap again otherwise it would just be flooded all over the toliet, probably because the building is quite old.

Fantastic location! Walking distance to many sites. Lots of easy shopping and great food all along the street. Very helpful hosts. The room was very small, but really you're staying here for the lication, not a fancy room. Right down the street from a major metro station, too.

Firstly, the experience was amazing. Before I even arrived at the hotel, they asked me on what time I will be arriving. Secondly, the room was spacious for 1/2 person with a lot of amenities (shower cap, still and sparkling water, soap and shampoo). Thirdly, I demanded a lot of things from the reception and they did a great job in fulfilling all my wishes (e.g., luggage storage, postponed city-tax payment, room extension). So overall experience were great. However, there were 2 things that should be noted: (1) the hotel lobby and the lift were really small and (2) the lobby bathroom was really small too. Therefore, that was the only downside for me.
