I have to say I was expecting a lot worse from some of the reviews, but I am pleasantly surprised! My room is clean, well maintained and communication has been clear.

The trains were mentioned beforehand and I like the sounds. The kitchen is clean and the espresso is good!

The only complaint my roommate had was the cleaning solution for the hot tub was potent smelling. It went away after we rinsed the tub for the first time.

I would stay here again with no hesitation.

The room was clean, the shower had some minor gunk in the cracks but that was more than acceptable.
what you will have to get used to is the breakfast, when they clean your room they will bring two packed Croissants, tea, Marmelade, coffe capsules, which you can prepare yourself in the kitchen.
it was the cheapest option and with that i was prepared for much worse.
if you are looking for a cheap hotel in which you just sleep, take a shower in after a long day exploring the beautyfull city of rome, this is your hotel.
Maybe avoid if you have light sleep, since me and my girlfriend both sleep deep the trains in the background werent a problem.

Hair and mould in the bathroom, old equipment, little space for things. We asked the hotel for luggage storage. The staff completely broke the suitcase that it was impossible to continue traveling with it. The manager refused to take any responsibility, did not even apologize and claimed that the suitcase was already in this condition, which is complete nonsense. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Trust me better avoid this place. The room looks much bigger in the pictures than it is in real life. The first thing that didn't work properly was the safe, which the staff promised to fix tomorrow, but no one did it, which is very bad for the security of things, the rooms are not cleaned properly at all and you can see a lot of dirt on the floor, a shower cabin with a broken door and with a broken pipe through which the water goes, get ready for cold brown water for the first minute. The breakfast, if we can call it that, is a disaster, 2 croissants, 2 small Nutellas and 2 tea bags... the location is bad and a train passes by the window constantly. Avoid at all costs!

We had noisey room in a front of train lines and parking. People shut the doors all night.
Terrible smell from bathroom in both rooms.
Complicated check in, when you have to call someone by phone to open a door.
Rooms was clean in general and reception stuff is ok.
Breakfast is ok for the price, but don't rely on it much.
Conclusion - pay 10-15 euro/night more and you will find more comfortable options in better locations in a city.

We begin to say that if you are a light sleeper the proximity to the rail could be a problem. But it deserves all five stars for the beauty and comfort of the rooms and the politeness of the workers. Beautiful and comfortable, the bathrooms are comfortable and large beds. Another small downside is the breakfast that is provided by a bar that is not the best.

A certainty. Now we stop here when we stayed in Rome, helpful staff, fair prices and impeccable service. Also the metro stops, bus and train station nearby make it very easy to reach this B&B
