This is great little boutique hotel near the Colosseum. The service was excellent. It had great A/C in the June heat. The shower was great. A wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend!

The location of the pub is so so so great! It was really convenient to travel because the Colosseum was right in front, and they cleaned it up every day. However, since it was non-face-to-face when you first checked in, you should have contacted them in advance to get the password. (I was the only one who had a hard time because I didn't contact them in advance.) Other than the fact that it was difficult to enter for the first time, I'm very satisfied.

The location is very good, very close to the Colosseum and very convenient. The room is clean and tidy, and there is room cleaning service every day. It's just not convenient to contact us. There is no front desk, and the phone number provided by Ctrip cannot be reached. Later, I contacted Ctrip’s customer service and found the staff. After finding it, the service was pretty good.

Kidalovo!!! we booked, paid, arrived, called, no one opened, then one woman came in, we went up to the floor with her, they called, but no one opened it, wandered the streets for a long time looking to spend the night!!

Great inexpensive ($100/night) hotel for a stay in Rome close to the action. To check in we had to call and no one was there although after calling the check in process was easy. The room was clean and comfortable.

Definitely you should avoid this place.
We received a message from someone and confirmed our arrival, then we arrived and nobody was available to help us, open the door and let us in! After searching and finding a phone at the shop beside the building, the lady opened the door from distance and helped us to get in a room. Shower was not working and there was no toilet paper in the room, at the beginning the lady said someone will come tomorrow to get you what u need more, then finally she send a gentleman who was very helpful and solved our more important issues. We had lots of headache. It's not a hotel and service is very bad.
Also in hotels u get whatever u need by calling the room service which is not the case here, also they do not have tooth brush kit no slipper, no conditioner ....
They said it is 300m from colosseo station which is not true and u should walk at least 800m

Rooms were sparkly clean! The location is great around 5 minutes from the colosseum, a bus stop right outside and metro stations very close. Totally recommend!

Clean room. Very close to Colosseum and Roman Forum. Although it was intense the sound of tram every time it was passing by. Secondly, for the check in the owner took a picture of my identity and my credit card from both sides and when i complained his answer was "for identification reasons". As I know you can identify by a glance a visitor. Also, taking a picture of such a sensitive personal data is inappropriate and unsafe. Good rates were a factor to stay there but are not enough. Think twice before you book.
