The hotel is located in the centre of Rome, five minutes walk from the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps and is a restored XIV century building on a quiet street. Rome's main shopping street, via del Corso, is located just metres from the hotel and the Barberini metro station can be reached in five minutes. The surrounding streets are plenty of cafes and restaurants. A wonderful choice for shopping and sightseeing.

HOTEL MEMPHIS is very good hotelI in terms of value for money and it's of it's central location.
The breakfast room is very small and crowded most of the times.If you are travelling solo
and booked a single room i have to say the rooms are very small and dark(The windows don't open)
On the eve of the trip, we received the following message by email:
"we would like to inform you that the Hotel Memphis is still closed due to Covid-19 so you will be accommodated at the Hotel delle Nazioni, our sister hotel."
On the eve of the trip, with no alternatives and everything organized, we had no choice but to stay at the Hotel delle Nazioni, an old-fashioned hotel in need of quick renovations. If the Memphis hotel was "closed" why do they take reservations to push us to another hotel in the group ?
