Discrete cosy boutique hotel tucked away behind the Via Condotti. Superb service and rooms with delightful staff. This is a hotel that becomes your " home" , intimate and personal with the staff anticipating your every need. Refreshing relief from the many other hotels around the area that have busy lobbies and reception areas. A real gem in Rome..... don't miss it!

We had an exceptional stay and could not be more pleased with every aspect of this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making check-in seamless and stress-free. The accommodations were immaculate, beautifully appointed, and extremely comfortable, with thoughtful details that made the stay feel both luxurious and relaxing. The amenities were outstanding and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the property was calm, inviting, and elegant. Every interaction with staff members—whether at the front desk, housekeeping, or dining—was marked by friendliness, attentiveness, and a clear commitment to excellent service. The location was ideal, providing both convenience and a sense of retreat, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations in every way. Today I enjoyed a site inspection at JK Roma, hosted by Anna and lovely hotel manager Maria. This LHW (Leading Hotels of the World) property captures the essence of Roman sophistication with 27 boutique rooms, including 2 suites across 11 room categories. The intimate reception, stylish restaurant and bar, and thoughtful touches like an included minibar make it feel like a chic private home. The spaghetti al pomodoro was a highlight — simple, classic, and perfectly done. JK Roma also offers a curated “Journal of 30 Days in Rome” for insider tips. This autumn, enjoy 5% off the BAR rateand a guaranteed complimentary upgrade.

Everything about JK Place is special. I read a review that stated it was like staying in someone’s private home and that’s exactly how you feel. We very much enjoyed our stay. The attention to detail is meticulous. Thank you JK Place for arranging our tours. We will return when we next visit Rome. We had a perfect stay!

Perfect in every aspect, location, staff, accommodation and food. The manager is authentic and is proud of his staff with good reason. Everyone we met was polite and genuinely helpful

It's terrible! We arrived at the hotel for check-in, and we made the payment through the booking.com app, as we had done in the past, but the hotel didn't see the payment and refused to check us in! The management said that we had been deceived through a fake website! However, we hadn't used the website; we had only used the app, which we had been using for 10years. Booking has a terrible service; they don't respond to messages, and the AI on the phone can't be asked to provide the reservation number! We were forced to pay for the reservation again! A huge minus to the hotel for being completely un-customer-centric, for 1250 euros per night they could have been more friendly! A huge minus to Booking for their terrible work.
I can say that after two days at the hotel, I changed my opinion about the hotel. The hotel refunded our money. However, the booking process was terrible: there was no assistance or feedback.

Once again the hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate even the smallest request. It is almost rare to have to ask for anything - it seems as if the staff is attuned to each guest's personal needs and has provided solutions or suggestions before the fact. The hotel itself is beautiful and elegant, spacious yet intimate. It feels like your own pied-a-terre in Rome. Close to the Spanish Steps as well as wonderful shopping and dining, I can easily spend a day nearby - and yet rejoice to return to J. K. Place for a cocktail in the library or lobby. Thank you once again for making this girls' weekend so lovely. I cannot recommend this hotel strongly enough for beauty, thoughtful touches and dedicated staff.

We loved everything from check in to check out….it couldn’t have been any better. The best stay anywhere in a long time. Each staff member took the time to assist us in every way. The breakfast was top notch. I can’t find any fault. Will only stay at this hotel in the future!

JK Place is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.
The hotel is boutique and private. They do not allow outside guests for the most part so you feel like you are staying in a private home with all the 5 star amenities of a large hotel.
We had our own reserved section in the bar for our stay, so it made it super easy to come in and have breakfast, drinks, lunch, early dinner...basically anything we wanted. They had an endless array of candy and snacks which my young nieces thought was the best thing in the world.
The rooms were amazing, cold and well stocked. The beds and linens were super comfy, the bathrooms were large and the products smelled great.
Perhaps the best part about JK though is the staff. Every employee there knew our name the whole time and catered to our every need.
I would not stay anywhere else in Rome.
