Have a hard time because different address shows on location and booking

We had a great time, the people that have the rooms are very sweet and kind and always in touch if you need anything. The location was great, it’s 10 minutes away from the Colosseum and the metro. They cleaned the room everyday and we appreciated that so much🩷 Loooooooved the balcony!🩷

The location is great.
Usually there is no staff. It is an appartment with 4-5 bedrooms. like airbnb.

From the beginning, reception was rude and confusing. The host tried to gaslight us about address issues and was cursing at us in Italian. Room had ok facilities but very dirty, milky white substance was found in the kettle and dust and bugs everywhere.

Great place in an excellent location.
Please be aware that the business has two separate locations. If you booked it, I would recommend to contact the owner to confirm the exact location, as they are 15-20 minutes walk from each other. The owner or his representative Senior Umberto is a nice friendly man in a very respectful age. I would stay again, no doubt.

Shocking experience! It would be necessary for the owners of the B&B to inform their customers that parking in the parking lot recommended by them on the road adjacent to the structure can lead to vandalism of parked cars by dangerous people who roam the area. This is a known fact as confirmed to us by some tenants of the condominium and residents of the area. On Sunday 11 August our holiday was ruined by someone who decided to break the rear window of our car forcing us to go home as it would have been quite dangerous to trust and leave the car without a window within everyone's reach. Therefore we practically did not set foot in the structure except to check in the morning as soon as we arrived. Honestly we would have expected a refund, at least of the tourist tax, pocketed without issuing any receipt, or a gesture of courtesy from the manager but this did not happen. Disappointed by the incivility but also by the lack of sensitivity.

We stayed at Artist Loft Monti apartment It is a very nice, artistic apartment in an excellent location, 15 minutes from the Colosseum by walking, 10 minutes from Termini Station, and 3 minutes from Basilica Santa Maria di Majore. There are lots of shops nearby. We are very pleased with our stay and the hospitality of Umberto, our host. The apartment is an art studio with all we needed for our holiday in Rome. It is suitable for families with young children, clean and pleasant. I can say that it is one of the best apartments we have stayed in.

The stay was alright, but the old man who works here was very rude to me. It made me feel unsafe. Location is good.

This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed at.

It was only topped by the woman that did the check-in and handed out the keys.
She screamed at guests, including us and she repeatedly tried to enter our room without knocking as well as calling us throughout the day.

All I can say is that this was the worst place we have stay.
They left us one hour waiting outside in the rain,not answering the phone.Check in was at 11am and she said we could get in at 3pm only meanwhile we were with a six month baby there.The girl in the reception (Kristin)was veryy rude,all the time screaming and speaking loud.
The room was not clean,the bathroom and sheets had a smell.
Im sorry but I if anyone wants to reserve there,I suggest you go sleep outside at the road or under a bridge.Not recommend -100/10
