Good location. Central to all attractions. Our room was 005 and it had lots of room. We looked at 2 other rooms and they were smaller and had small bathrooms compared to ours.

The location of the hotel is very good, next to the castle of the Holy Angel. There is a cozy cafe for dinner downstairs. The room is on the second floor. The room has snow-white linen, coffee, cream, tea, shower accessories, hair dryer. Windows with soundproofing, there are shutters. Daily cleaning in the room. The reception is open from 9:00 to 15:00, we arrived to check in after 15:00, contacted the administrator by phone, a nice girl, provided all the necessary information to access the room. Upon check-out, we paid a city tax of 5 euros per person per day. I recommend the hotel.

I liked everything, it was clean, the bed was soft. Towels and linen were snow-white. There was tea, coffee, water in the fridge. Ironing board, coffee machine and kettle. It was difficult to get to the reception: I wrote a message a day before, asking to send the code from the door. They were standing at the door. But the check-in was earlier, thank you

It offers daily cleaning service and is in a good location. However, the room is not properly soundproofed, so external noise can be heard very easily.

It was a pleasant surprise when we arrived at the hotel and were given a whole apartment instead of just a room. They clean the apartment every day and upon arrival, they give you a generous supply of coffee, tea, and cookies. The room itself was quite spacious and had two wardrobes for our belongings. The kitchen was also well-equipped. We definitely plan on choosing this same hotel when we return to Rome again. Additionally, it only takes about 30 minutes on foot to reach nearly every tourist attraction in the city.

Nice comfortable hotel in an absolutely amazing quite location in only 2 min from the Saint Angel Castle. The hotel is placed in quite an old building, which adds special atmosphere to it. The room was big and cozy and contained everything which is needed. The service was warm and welcoming.
The bed was comfortable, and there were several pillows so that one can select the best for him/her. There was enough space for the clothes. There was a kettle and a good choice of tea available, together with coffee and some cookies; a small fridge as a minibar.
I didn't like the bathroom very much because the water in the shower fell only from the top , however I understand it is a question of taste. The bidet is located not in the most useful position. And sometimes it was hard to make the water warm: either very cold, either very hot.
However, overall I would recommend it for a short stay in Rome.
Just one thing to add.. The walls don't reduce the voices and sounds of your neighbours, so that you can hear almost everything what is going on in the next apartment. It's understandable that it is not a fault of the hotel, but it would be fine, if a short informing notification or request for silence would be placed somewhere in the room for the guests, so that they would know that it would be nice to lower the voices after 22:00.... Just as a recommendation.

Very nice, clean room. We did not have any hot water for our stay, which was ok because of the sweltering temperature outside, but still, it was a bit strange.

The check in time was supposed to be at 3, but we actually got in at 6.30 because the appointment was not clean. The crew never showed up, so they had to find a backup person.
