Tucked away just steps from Piazza Navona, this boutique hotel combines historic charm with modern elegance in the most effortless way. Our suite was beautifully designed — spacious, luxurious, and filled with thoughtful details like exposed beams, marble finishes, and a stunning bathroom with a rainfall shower and Jacuzzi tub. The bed was heavenly, and despite being in the center of Rome, it was remarkably quiet at night — a true oasis after long days exploring the city. The staff went above and beyond in every way. They made us feel genuinely cared for. Their warmth and professionalism made all the difference. You simply can’t beat the location — walking distance to all the major sights: the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and the Vatican are all within reach. If you’re looking for a romantic, elegant, and authentic Roman experience, Gigli D’Oro Suite is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to come back — this place made our trip to Rome unforgettable.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were amazing and the location was perfect. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only downsides were that the shower could have been better and the pillows weren’t very comfortable. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Nice central hotel /bed and breakfast This is a small hotel more like a B&B. The rooms are very clean and nice. Maybe a bit noisy because it’s an old building. The bed is nice. Pillows could be better. Shower is nice. Staff is helpful. Good value for money.

We love the hotel, the room and the location but the last night there was a very bad smell in the bathroom that got into the room. Like the sewers. It was very disgusting. After certain hours there is nobody at the reception and It was already late when this happened. We just put water to run, sprayed a bunch of air refresher and go to bed… it was hard to fell asleep with the smell. No having anybody at the reception and charging extra money for checking in after 10 pm is not ideal. Other than that the room was super nice, clean and the location excellent
