The sink was very old and unstable, it looked like it could fall off at any moment. The bathroom had a constant sewage-like smell coming from the drain, which made the stay unpleasant..

Avoid at all costs – NOT a 4-star hotel

This hotel is completely misleading and absolutely not worthy of a 4-star rating.

The room was extremely outdated and poorly maintained, totally different from the photos.
The bathroom looked like it was stuck in the 1980s, with no proper shower booth or screen.

After one shower, the bathroom floor was completely flooded, and my 4-year-old daughter slipped on the wet floor, clearly showing a serious and unacceptable safety issue.

Even the hair dryer was an old wall-mounted model that looks like a vacuum cleaner, something I have not seen in hotels for decades.

We tried calling the front desk multiple times, but no one answered.
A staff member came to see the room and offered no solution at all.

As we were traveling with two small children, we had no choice but to check out immediately.
I strongly warn future travelers: do not book this hotel, especially families.

The service was great, but we had a bathtub that wouldn't drain. Overall, we were pretty satisfied.

Exiting Rome's train station, I spotted the McDonald's sign, and the hotel was just down the street, very close. There's a decent Chinese restaurant nearby too. The main draw is the convenient location; I'd definitely stay here again next time.

The front desk service was poor. When we were checking in, I couldn't understand the check-in instructions due to the receptionist's accent and asked her to repeat them. She then spoke even faster and with a very impatient attitude. Come on, you're not a native English speaker, and neither am I, so why be so mean? Her attitude was absolutely terrible. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at in Europe.

Location is superb. Just minutes away from train station. Bus stop right in front of hotel. Reception was friendly and helpful. Gym was a tad run down and located in basement . Theres two supermarket nearby, one within the next enroute to train station and the other bigger one minutes away (google for UPM clothes store and the sipermkt is next to it).

This Hotel was about a two star with a 4 Star price. People were not friendly nor helpful. VAT for everything.

The room was clean with high ceilings, which made it feel spacious. For a hotel in the city center, a slightly smaller room is understandable. The location was convenient, and we could walk to the Colosseum in about 10 minutes.

Aircon doesn’t work in the midst of summer it’s almost 40 degrees hotel can’t help just to lend me a small fan. It’s not a 4 stars hotel as in a very scary neighborhood. However the room size is big we are very disappointed and sad to choose this hotel
