Hotel Villa Pinciana in Rome

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights 29/01 to 01/02.
Delicious breakfast.
Room always very clean.
Quite good options in the frigobar in the room (Water, wine, juice, soft drinks, beer).
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
The bed was a bit hard but this is just my taste. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
Location is very good, walk distance to Big Bus Stop number 7. You can get 3 days for 50 quid on their website.
Definitely the best trip I could ever have.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The breakfast was included and it was really good. They do offer a laundry service but it is pretty expensive. Other than that a good stay, good rooms and good staff.

+ It’s a great place to stay when you are in Rome. The villa itself is lovely, the surroundings are calm and at the same time it is in a walking distance from the Rome’s historical sites. Absolutely fabulous place.

We did fine by chance we’ve been extremely satisfied

Just came back from a lovely few days in Rome, this hotel was not only comfortable, but clean, staff were superb! Breakfast had a great choice, terrace pretty, great neighbourhood in a quiet location especially after full on days sightseeing!
Rooms were cleaned everyday, (some hotels I’ve stayed in for a few days don’t bother !! ) we were fortunate to get a balcony which added to our experience here. Definitely would return to stay here again .

I stayed at Pinciana Hotel for two nights before heading home and had a great overall experience. The location is very convenient, as it’s about a 10-minute walk from the Spanish Steps and the Spagna metro station, which offers direct connections to Termini Station and the Vatican City. It’s also within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain and Galleria Borghese, making it a great base for exploring the city.

The hotel itself is charming and peaceful. The room decor reflects the elegance of an aristocratic. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the room included helpful information about amenities, nearby tours, and transportation options.

On my first day, I accidentally left the door unlocked while out for several hours. When I returned, everything was exactly as I had left it, a reassuring sign of the hotel’s safe and respectful atmosphere.

One of my favorite parts of the stay was the garden. I spent part of an afternoon just relaxing outside.

Breakfast is included, and the hotel also offers a Turkish bath by reservation for those looking to add a bit of extra relaxation.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a convenient and walkable location.

Lovely provincial hotel of only 25 suites. We stayed on the fourth floor, which houses only one suite with multiple patios. The interior is more like a well-appointed apartment. Decent Air Conditioning, but excellent water pressure and temp. The staff is small but very friendly. The included breakfast is quite good. The location is near Barbarini station - so you can hop a train and go wherever you need to. Rome is pretty easy to travel and use public transport, which is ample. Locals are busy, but helpful. I recommend this hotel so long as you aren’t expecting the Four Seasons - it’s very Italian and very charming.

We liked this hotel, but the Metro could be nearer

The hotel was very clean. The room was of a good size for a single traveller, and it was very quiet. Everyone working there was super friendly. Breakfast was good and could be better if there were some variety for different days. Location-wise, it took about 20 minutes on foot from the main train station. It's mostly an easy walk. It's also very close to Via Veneto and famous gelaterias such as come il Latte and La Romana are a short walk away. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.
