A far-above-average place for this price range and location. Right next to the train/metro/bus station, supermarket nearby. A great little room with all the necessary commodities, an incredible bed, clean all around and quite. Towels were changed upon request, room was always tidy. Would absolutely recommend.

A gem of a place. Central to everything and 5min walk from Rail station Termini. Clean rooms and very safe location. Great for a budget hotel. It is surrounded by little cafes and restaurants. Plus groucer shops. Bus station, taxi's, and tourist buses on your doorstep. Happy days..

We have just returned from the most magical stay at Hotel Cathrine and already can’t wait to return. It is so beautiful, impeccably clean and the location is absolutely fantastic for Roma sightseeing. I will be recommending Cathrine to all my family and friends. Thank you for truly wonderful stay.

Hotel Cathrine is located minutes away from Rome Termini station making it a truly convenient for the traveler. Once there you can access anything you need as it is next door to a laundromat, mini market and several restaurants.

From here, you can even walk to the Spanish steps or enjoy some of Rome's most notable attractions.

The rooms are very nice with a modern industrial atmosphere, and strong wifi connections.

If you want to truly experience Rome, I highly suggest this boutique hotel to compliment your stay.

I loved the place you can feel the authentic Rome atmosphere of the 70s. Very central location. Vito one of the new owners is a cool guy who gave us great tips about the best spots in the city

We booked a double room for 2 nights. The room was tiny & the bed was a king single. My partner is 6ft 4 & it was like sleeping on a plank of wood. We complained & were told it was a "French Double Bed"????? & they were fully booked. We didn't stay the 2nd night & got a room in a great hotel opposite the train station for not much more money. Very dissatisfied with Hotel Cathrine.

I went there a little bit more than a year ago with my father and my sister. The only great thing with the hotel was its proximity with Termini. The shower was almost always cold and we had to wait for a few minutes before it'd become warm. The bathroom was dirty and there were a lot of cockroaches even though we almost always killed them.

Had a wonderful time at hotel Catherine. When we arrived ( 11-13July) the hotel was just renovated, all was new. The pictures before the renovation do no do justice, it is simply wonderful. Very quite, very nice and helpful employees, VERY clean. For us it was such a nice time. We recommend and if ever will come back to Rome for sure will stay there. Even the remote control for the AC still had the plastic wrapper, i do not think we could find a better place to stay. Thank you do much for the nice experience for first timers in Rome. Very very close to Termini station, lost of small restaurants and shops around.

The most awful hotel ever!!!!
it doesn’t have always hot water ....it got cold when i was taking a shower .....
the hair dryer wasn’t working and stuff didn’t help .
it’s not a hotel it’s a horror movie
