Very good hotel for your stay in Rome! Right next to the Termini railway and two underground stations to reach the city center and the Fiumicino airport in short time.

The staff was very kind and responsive to the requests, the room was always tidy and comfortable to spend the nights in. Perfect for the vacation or business trip! Highly recomended!

This hotel is a great find. It’s a 5 minutes walk from Rome Termini. It has a secure door that is accessible first by reception buzzer then by a provided key. There are stairs or a brilliant old fashioned cage lift to reception. The host greeted us at the lift and checked us in quickly then showed us to our room explaining how things worked. The room was very spacious with good amenities like a fridge with free water in it a hairdryer and free toiletries. It was spotlessly clean and had a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely and plenty.

A very lovely family hotel. Close to the Termini station, main attractions and metro station. The rooms are clean. The staff is helpful.

We had a perfect experience here, out of our 3 week vacation though Italy this was one of our favorite hotels.
The rooms are very clean, cozy, and have everything you need.
The staff was always very helpful and kind.
The breakfast was varied and great.
The managers/owners in particular were always very attentive.

Would definitely stay again if given the chance.

Small but cozy place located conveniently next to the terminal. Charming building with an old-timey elevator. The staff was nice and breakfast was pretty standard. The floor in our room was tile which if you have bad feet can be hard on your ankles after the long day of walking around the city.

This quant hotel near the Termini area, offers comfortable rooms that are equipped with a fridge and air conditioning. The room is large and the bathroom comfortable. The hotel offers a nice breakfast, with home made cakes and fresh coffee. The location is ideal, since you are linked with all the transport. I highly recommend it.

The rooms were very clean and tidy. It was cleaned every day. The hotel's breakfast was very sufficient and fresh. There are many options for breakfast. The staff was very caring and polite. The hotel is close to the Roman termini and is within walking distance of the city center

Our stay was very enjoyable. Ascot is clean, the staff is helpfull and welcoming. The breakfast was also great, especially the coffee. The lication near Rome termini is excellent with bus and Metro close by as well. THANKS

Located a 10-minute walk from Termini station in Rome, this 2-star boutique hotel is run by a family. You can also reach most places by bus or by walking when you come to Rome for a visit. Although the area around the train station is not safe after dark in the evenings, the hotel is safe. There are many markets around, but if you want to have dinner in an area close to the hotel, there are only a few alternatives. The rooms are clean, the employees are helpful. The breakfast could be a little more enriched, but expectations should be kept very high. In the evening, after the last guest checks in, no one is at the reception, but they stay in the same building if necessary.

This hotel was everything we needed on our 3 days familytrip in Rome. Great location, near Termini trainstation and metrostations, walking distance to the Colosseum etc. Clean and confortable rooms, airconditioning, good matresses. Breakfast was ok. There are minimarkets and good restaurants near.
