When making reservation through Booking I have accidentally selected wrong dates, selecting today 4th of March instead 4th of June. The reservation was non-refundable. When speaking with the property I asked them if possible to cancel the reservation or change the dates to June. The property refused since it was non-refundable. I know it is my mistake but the property could easily change dates since I was ready to pay extra for new dates. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. I cannot recommend such a hotel willing to win two hundred euros instead of happy long-term customer. If you can, stay away from this hotel. Mistakes happen, I can handle my mistake, but loosing trust is something a business could not handle in long term.

I was there 24 October, 2025 , very bad experience. Room was very bad , cost taken price luxuries room but gave me like store room broken toilet, dirty and me and my 11 years old son can’t breathe properly, I booked for 4 nights 24 oct to 27 October 2025 but I left this hotel one night after, owner said he back money but I didn’t , it’s almost 3 months, my son and me had sick bcz we can’t sleep and we can’t breathe and too much dirty and broken also very small room I paid 400 euro for 4 nights but I left after one night, can anyone help me where I can complain about this owner and hotel , owner behaviour very bad with me and my son . Very bad experience in my life . Also can you suggest me how I back my money? Thanks Hasina Akther , London

Very good location just 2 minutes from Roma Termini. The staff very kind and helpful (24 hrs service). Our room was cleaned every day. Only disadvantage is that as the building is old the water takes a little bit longer to heat but it is okay.

Very comfortable bed, spacious bedroom, above average furnishings compared to its peers. Above all, the staff is professional, kind, true and genuine, ready to accommodate your needs. Strategic location very close to Termini station, to the laundry. It is quiet at night. Excellent place to stay or to stay.

The hotel's convenient location within walking distance of Roma Termini Station was a plus. The staff provided excellent support, and the rooms were pleasant. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was slow, and the shower door had an issue, allowing water to escape and flood the washroom floor.

Rome is very expensive and this was one cheap option a found and for the price, is worth it.
A always do a very meticulous cleaning in every hotel I stay. And this one was very clean. The bathroom, the sheets... everything clean and nice.
The mattress was old and percussed, but it was the only thing.
Air conditioner, internet, good service, streaming apps on TV, fridge, etc.
Really good.
And an excellent location.
I really recommend it if you come to Rome to visit and want a good hotel for the night.

I can't call this a Hotel but maybe motel from the worst Hollywood films.
The photo are not the room that they Will give you, the reception do not know any language except from Hindi OMG.
When i ask Taxi they write me a Number in a post It.
The bathroom Is like a Nightmare style.
The bed when you go to sleep you pray that It Will not broke during the night...
They made you pay in Advance beacuase otherwise you go away the same day.
I never had an experience the Is worst then this One.

If you want a cheap (not really though, around 160€ night), for a dated room, not as clean shower, NO air con, NO fridge and very rude and dismissive staff this your place! The only good thing I can think of is that this place is 3 blocks from Termini station, but then the area has 100’s of other hotels to choose for.

In Spain, this place would be more of a guesthouse than a hotel; it's hard to find since it's in a building where each floor is a different accommodation. It's well located, near Termini train station. There are a lot of people sleeping on the streets and begging in this area, but nothing unusual, as I've read in other reviews. We traveled with two children and were given a room with two double beds, and the place was clean. It's just as it looks in the photos. One drawback, I'd say, is that the decor is stuck in the 1950s, and the bathroom could use a handheld shower. The one that's there is a rain shower, and you'll have to do some juggling to avoid getting your hair wet.

Location is pretty good, closed by the metro, and a lot of restaurants and stores, staff pretty nice, really supportive, really clean our room, it was our first travel in London and it was perfect the hotel, no too big the rooms but enough
