Very friendly and helpful host. She'll give you a tourist map while describe and circling points of interest. Excellent location a short 5 minute walk from Roma Termini station which also has 2 lines of Metro which makes going to Vatican and many other places convenient. While you'll be walking a hundred kilometers for hours on end each day to explore, this hotel location at the public transport hub makes a DIY trip very doable. No need for a taxi from the main train station after getting airport train or leaving on another train for next stop. No breakfast or coffee, but that is a short walk such as McDonald's where you can get a coffee for 1.5 Euro. Nice budget option to help us make Rome a more budget friendly adventure.

The room was very clean The reception was so kindly and responsible and He immediately prepared everything we wanted, such as a kettle and slippers the hotel is near Termini And you can easily travel anywhere and the hotel is full of cafes and restaurants

We are just leaving Rome and I would say with a big smile 😁. Thanks a lot to this hotel for an amazing and relax stay and making it comfortable. We had an best experience from the reception ( always helpful). Very close to the station and also bus stop. Walking distance to many attractions. Would highly recommend this place. Big thank you for the chocolates for my birthday 😘

We booked this as it was decribed as a 'boutique hotel' and had good ratings. However, the rooms were very run down, and most facilities didn't work, including air conditioning during a 35 degree heatwave. We were moved twice before we had a room that was anywhere near our booking description, and this process took seven hours. Finally, when we got home from our holiday I discovered the hotel had tried to take payment twice from my credit card, and would have succeeded if there had sufficient money in that account for the second transaction. Avoid!!

Great staff specially lady on breakfast ( Elizabeth ) hotel need seriously makeover..location is great but renovation is needed..staff is good..

The room and bathroom were clean to a good standard. The breakfast was average and it didn't have a lot of variety. However, the service of the staff could have been better. There was only one set of keys for my room apparently and I gave it to one lady for my room to be cleaned even though she had access to the master key which can be used for every room. Later in the evening I went back to my hotel and was told by another woman who acted like the manager I shouldn't have given my key to anyone and tried to blame it on me and was very rude. Even though she should have clearly communicated with her staff anyways especially how they had a master key. She didn't even speak to me the next morning and ignored me when I was checking out. This was a grown woman. On other occasions, the man on the desk that was there was pleasant. Also they were very reluctant to 'print' my receipt and so on my last day when I asked for my receipt (for the third time) a man just signed my receipt on a piece of paper.

Very small rooms and bathrooms. Dirt in the rooms. Worn out, creaky Elevator. The price is too high relative to the standard. I do not recommend
